Marilea was absolutely amazing!!!! Very hospitable and kind hearted! We had the neverending soup salad and bread sticks lunch and the taste was on point! My boyfriend and I tried every kind of soup and each one was phenomenal. Definitely worth the birthday lunch I had! The fried mozzarella sticks were so stringy and delectable, and to finish off, a succulent tiramisu!

Too loud. Let people come in an yell making it a horrible visit… and cookeville tn is a far better place than this one… the salad giving only 2 peices of tomatoes an nasty dark green lettuce… 4 peices of onion… just not quality of a restaurant. Needs help… have to ask for everything.

I recently visited the Olive Garden in Sevierville, Tennessee, and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our server was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we were well taken care of throughout the meal.
I ordered the Angel Hair Pasta with Alfredo Sauce and added Italian sausage—it was absolutely delicious. The Alfredo sauce was creamy and flavorful without being too heavy, and the sausage added just the right amount of savory spice. Every bite was perfectly balanced.
To start, I had the Chicken & Gnocchi Soup, which was also very good. The gnocchi were soft and pillowy, and the broth was rich and comforting. It’s one of my favorite soups, and this location did it justice.
For dessert, we shared what I believe was a chocolate mousse dessert—it was extremely good. Rich, smooth, and indulgent, it was the perfect way to end the meal.
Overall, everything from the food to the service was top-notch. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great Italian meal in the area!

I stopped by Olive Garden after a long work shift and was lucky enough to have Max as my server, and wow, what a great experience. He was friendly, attentive, and incredibly professional from start to finish. My drink never went empty, the food came out hot and exactly right, and he checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect without being intrusive.
You can tell Max truly cares about his job and about giving guests a great experience. His positive attitude and work ethic really stood out and turned an already comforting meal into a genuinely enjoyable evening. Olive Garden is lucky to have him! He’s exactly the kind of server that keeps people coming back. Highly recommend asking for him if you’re dining here!

Wonderful service! Great food! Everything was delicious!! The desert was amazing chocolate lasagna and cheesecake was delicious. Pasta soup and salad wonderful!!!! Our waitress Savannah did an exponential job and took great care of us. The hostess Dawn was very nice and did a great job too. Manger was very nice and came to our table to make sure we were taken care of will be coming back again thank you for the wonderful service and the great food. Keep up the great work.

We already love Olive Garden and always order the same thing. But here was exceptional!!! Stephanie was incredibly good at her job. She filled drinks before we ran out, was attentive enough without being overbearing. Price was fair. Portions were perfect. Place is SO clean. The team worked to help each table. It was a perfect experience. I recommend coming just before dinner rush!

I’m so happy they brought the steak gorgonzola back! That was my favorite thing on the menu. And the day I visited, she said their best chef was in the kitchen, and the steak was tender and perfect. The salad and breadsticks were awesome as well. Now that they’ve put it back on the menu, I will be a frequent flyer.

Great and very friendly service from our server. Alyson has a great sense of humor, and we really enjoyed our dinner. The manager is really helpful and professional as well. I would recommend this location over my local one Virginia Tysons Corner. The Manager there should come to Pigeon Forge and learn professional customer service.
