Olive Garden had been on my wishlist for so long, and I finally got a chance to visit! The ambiance was pretty decent and welcoming. The food was amazing. we tried the Spinach-Artichoke Dip, Fried Mozzarella, and Shrimp Fritto Misto. OMG, the shrimp was so good and perfectly crispy! They also gave us complimentary soup, which was so flavorful and filling.
I would highly recommend trying the Shrimp Fritto Misto and the Spinach-Artichoke Dip. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’m so glad I finally got to check it off my list!

It was good, but my friend’s chicken was cooked a lot so he was not able to eat. Pasta was cooked a lot but I liked. Garlic bread is yummy.

The food was delicious, but the experience was ruined by poor service. To make matters worse, the dishes were dirty, which is completely unacceptable. The staff was slow and unattentive throughout the meal. Great kitchen, but the management really needs to work on cleanliness and service

Why expect tips from teens if you wont serve us properly? Me and two of my friends came to have a nice dinner. We all have jobs and were planning on leaving a generous tip. We were led to a table which was a mess, causing the hostess to relocate us. By the way, I am writing this as we are waiting for our boxes, which we asked for 10 minutes ago. Anyway, we got sat down and were told our waitress would be right with us. Over 30 minutes passed, and we still haven’t gotten greeted yet. We used the call for help button on the tablet and waited 10 minutes before they got to us. The restaurant was not busy at all, and they served the people who came after us first. We only had 2 waters given to us and the waitress said he would be right back with the third, never came back. We finally got our food and at this point, we have been at the establishment for around 50 minutes. Our waters had stuff in it and we didn’t get our straws. I am still waiting for the boxes. To our generosity, we still tipped 15% regardless of the bad service. There is much more I could add to this, but I am sure you get the point. If you guys plan on going to Olive Garden, pick a different location. Don’t stereotype teens as people who don’t tip, because we most likely didn’t tip due to your bad service.

They ran out of the chicken gnocchi soup that comes complimentary. My minestrone soup came cold. I had to ask for replacement. The stuffed chicken Marsala was again not as hot as expected and my mashed potatoes were literally cold from inside. The server Alfredo was good and friendly but the manager came in to explain her side and to prove that it’s not possible for my food to be cold rather than trying to understand what the problem was to try to solve it. That was not at all in good taste. Ultimately she took off the food from our bill but was not at all friendly or hospitable at all.
I would rather not come to this Olive Garden if the management remains the same.
We went there on my son’s birthday and decided to not even do the dessert or birthday cheers after seeing the attitude of the manager.

This evening, while planning a dinner with my family for my birthday, we decided to give this place a try — and we had a fantastic night filled with amazing Mediterranean flavors. If you enjoy seafood, pasta, salads, and Mediterranean tastes (and you absolutely should!), this place is a must-visit. The service was top-notch. Our waiter, Carlos, was incredibly attentive and friendly. Definitely make your way here! The price-performance ratio is excellent.

If you wanted a good budget meal then the combo meals will be your go-to! That’s exactly what we did – we had been eating out a lot but now we wanted to a brunch/lunch meal and the Olive Garden was so good! I had no idea of the chain and now I’m looking forward to the day when I’ll go back. You’ll have a happy tummy when you leave the restaurant for sure 🙂

It’s a super family-friendly spot, and the food was amazing. We had a couple of small issues, but the manager sorted them out super fast. The staff and our waiter were really on top of things, making sure we had everything we needed…it was a great time.

The host was very nice and seemed energetic. However, once we sat down no one greeted us the server walked by us multiple times. I dont know if it’s because we’re young and they thought we wouldn’t tip? I work at a reasturant as well and can be understanding but 10+ minutes seems excessive. Will not be coming back.

This location was our go to place. Daughter loves Olive Garden so we decided to go celebrate her birthday there this week and it was the worse experience ever. She ordered something, her food came, she started eating and the most rudest manager came with another plate saying she was given the wrong food because what she had was more expensive and took her food away. We were not given straws, never received our dipping sauce until we went to tell the manager and his response was don’t worry, I will reduce the bill for you. That is not what I was looking for. I ended up giving the difference to the waiter who just did not do a good job but I was not there to eat for free. Last time going to this location. To make matters worse, she got sick throwing up in the morning and I am now wondering what the hell was in the food the manager rudely came to just take in front of her that she had already started eating.
Manager has a lot to learn about customer service and if change does not happen soon, will run this place to the ground. If you are interested in substandard service, the Fairfax VA location is the place to be!
