YouTube Icon Sambucha Investigated this Wendy’s, and it’s probably not the store itself at fault for the towing people report. Until recently there weren’t signs indicating Wendy’s parking only, which may have misled visitors to other businesses in the lot. He also said the spicy nuggets were fire.

Security here only give you a false sense of security. Me and my dad LITERALLY witnessed someone’s car getting towed. NO OTHER WENDY DOES THAT! Staff seem to have HUGE HEARING PROBLEMS and I HAVE TWO HEARING AIDS to hear! Constantly asking the same questions when I told them NO. Almost gave me the wrong order. Didn’t know my order. Up charge of butter, salt, pepper, sour cream and sauces. They even fogot our sauces and the charge extra for that. Security code for the bathroom! Good was just ok. WORST WENDY EVER

As some others have stated, this Wendy’s is in collaboration with the towing company BDJ Towing. They will tow your car. They tell you “oh Wendy’s was closed, don’t lie to me.”
Wendy’s is open 6:30am-1am as stated here on Google maps. The building itself isn’t always open, it’s the drive through that’s open early/late or the pickup window if you order online.
So even if you walk to Dunkin Donuts (right across the street) and ORDER ONLINE for Wendy’s while you get a coffee at DD…don’t expect your car to be there when you come back (ask me how I know).
The towing company is a scam, the manager of Wendy’s is definitely getting kickbacks or a percentage of all the tows they do every day.
There’s a local guy that was informing me while I was trying to figure out the whole situation. He says they do it all day long, every day.
Will be suing this local Wendy’s and the towing company – my lawyer is gonna have a field day.

We paroled there while my husband renewed his drivers license, I went with him to the dmv and then quickly returned to Wendy’s for some breakfast. I had 1036 as my order number and got the coffee veithout cream and when I went to ask for cream was told that they gave me the wrong coffee. So it was not like they were unaware of me inside their store. However they called and had my car towed anyway!! Apparently their camera saw me Laurence their lot but did not note that I quickly returned.
Nothing. Was said inside regarding who owned the cars that they towed . I went out after finishing my breakfast and noted that my car was not on its place. I called the towing company and they said that they had my car. I used Lyft to get there and then paid them $ 265 to use my credit card to free my car. Mi do not understand why they towed my car as I was inside having breakfast and neither the lot our the restaurant were anywhere near full. I think that they should not be patronized until they change their policies and at least ask if there is someone inside before they tow the car.

The staff was rude. After waiting at the drive-through order section. No one answered. So I proceeded to drive forward. After getting to the window and asked why nobody answered me they said “they did” then they told me I had to remake the line to order food. On a line, I had already waited 15 minutes.

My first time in Paterson, I ordered through the drive-thru for $26. However, they charged me $30 and forgot to include BBQ sauce. When I asked for it, they added an extra $3 for two BBQ sauces, along with a condescending attitude. I hope Wendy’s corporate sees this review.

DO NOT EAT AND PARK HERE! As mentioned in many other comments, this location is heavily involved in the predatory towing business. They don’t make money off burgers. They make money off of towing customers’ cars.
