I find some Olive Gardens to be very good (seriously) but most to be just a place to eat. This is the latter. Everything is fine, but nothing is really ‘good’. I will say everyone at this olive garden was especially nice and helpful, holding the door open for my 92 year old mom, so kudos for that. Our server was fresh out of ‘serving school’ and was very polite and REALLY trying his best. Have to give him props for that even though he got a few orders wrong but nothing major. My mom was happy with everything so that’s all that really counts!

While we were waiting to be seated, they called our number. And when we entered the restaurant, they had just given our seats to someone else who arrived after we did. And did not wait nearly as long, The Alcoholic beverages that we ordered were delayed for whatever reason, and did not arrive at our table until the food was served.

When I arrived at this location it was about 4 pm or so on a Wednesday afternoon. There was no wait or crowd which was nice. They also do not mandate masks here for patrons or staff. Our host and waitress were incredibly sweet and made sure we were completely taken care of.

This is a great Olive Garden and a nice place to eat. I have eaten here on several occasions over the years and have also ordered take-out food online, which I picked-up. Their food is always fresh and delicious; and is hot when served. I have always found the staff to be very kind, polite and attentive. The restaurant is always neat and clean. You can count on Olive Garden to serve a delicious meal whatever hour you stop-in.

Gave this place a five star for their customer service. For a party as big as ours, they did a wonderful job. All of our food came out at the same time, even though they had to make more than one trip. My food was hot. The staff was amazing. The only thing I did not like was my drink. They were a bit on the weak side. My friend ended up returning two of her drinks. Other than that, everything else was good. Great service for a big party.

When we first walked in we were seated right away when the waitress came over and took our food and drink orders she was friendly but got our order wrong so it took awhile to get our salad due to it being wrong and her having to make a new one and I totally understand someone accidentally put olives in it so we waited patiently not knowing what was taken so long it was only a salad and breadsticks when she finally brought it over to us she apologized for it taking so long she then said she had to remake it and we didn’t get our drinks until the salad came out. When she walked away we realized she didn’t give us any straws so we waited to see if she would walk by but she never came back so my husband had to ask another waitress for straws. When she brings out our meals she places mine down and it looked amazing (tour of Italy) all I can say is wow it was that good and my husband said the same thing but as he got his he realized it had asparagus in it and he asked for no asparagus so she took it back and had it remade but in the meantime my husband didn’t want my food getting cold so I split some of my meal with him. Like I stated I understood the first time the salad got messed up but then you mess his meal up. We love olive garden so hopefully next visit will be better

They were super accommodating to us. We arrived as a party of 20 with lots of kids. When I called to make the reservation the lady on the phone asked all the right questions not forgetting to ask how many high chairs we would need. The servers were very kind and patient with us all. We got there pretty late and even though they closed up while we were there, they did not rush us and made us feel comfortable. The food was good and the space was great.
