Stop to get my kids food and they didn’t have sprite the we ask for lemonade it was disgusting. Then we had to ask for something else the lady was get rude with us the we had to pull to another window to wait 15min to get are food then it was not all there and we told the guy and he walked off and we waited another 10 min they we tryed to get there attention, what they kept ignoring us. We ended up going in to get our one fry. And they forgot. And there was only 3 other cars in line with us.
They were not busy at all to have this much horrible service.
I would recommend you go to Wendy’s. Next door.
This McDonald’s is on a busy highway, and they have horrible service.
Mcdonald’s should be ashamed of calling this their location

Went thru the drive thru on Saturday November 15th not too busy line started at speakers.
Anyway the main problem with this visit was customer service. Looked like most customer service jobs these days understaffed the guy at the pay window was also in charge of both drive thru speakers so he didn’t tell us that our meal wasn’t a thing anymore and end up paying more. Then when we tried to ask him we were getting ignored because he was too focused on the speakers. Then we just pulled up to pick up our food since we had already paid and the manager was handing us the food and she was rude in the way of telling us that there was no special and more and no apology for the extra cost or anything on us just insisting it’s our fault. She had no care just trying to get us out of the way even though the car behind us was still paying. The food was ok but we won’t be back at that location until management improves!

I had an issue and only 1 person could understand English fully, which was the drive thru person. The toilet had poop splashed all over it in 1 stall and toilet paper covering the ither stall. No monopoly pieces on any of the drinks or fries or my sandwich. “Not my fault” was the statement I was told.

Tried to use the same app I use that other McDonald’s franchisees and Company owned. They refused to honor it for a breakfast sandwich that was not a bagel. And to the people in the drive-through, it’s really rude to speak in another language that is not native to this country when they’re talking about you and trying to work something out. Their attitude just rubbed me the wrong way and about McDonald’s too. And this is the same code I’ve used over the last five months and probably 17 different McDonald’s.

Their staff stole money from me and gave me not even the correct receipt to show I paid for a up charge that he charged me more than the item is originally priced at. I asked for the big breakfast with pancakes they didn’t give me pancakes. The price of the big breakfast is $6.99 he up charged me $2.25 for an item that I already paid $5.59 so he made me pay $7.84 total. The manger won’t answer the phone and the cooperate office phones are full. Don’t eat at this McDonald they can’t count.

This stupid Hispanic kid who was taller and ignoring us for 10 minutes got pissed at me because I grabbed my own cups. Well, if you would pay attention and not ignore customers while blaring your mariachi music you might of heard me trying to get your attention. Then stares me down like he’s Ronald McDonald himself and I say “do you have a problem”? And he says you want me to call the police? Umm no I just want my drinks we ordered because we still have a two hour ride home.

Currently the only McDonald’s I trust for my 2 minute detour for a sausage egg and cheese muffin before 6:00 AM. All others I’ve been to have given me raw muffins in the past which is basically like eating sand. Based on the other reviews, I must show up at a good time. Those ladies in the morning hold it down. They’re a national treasure.

This is a recently modernized location. The staff is friendly and the food was new/warm. It did take awhile but I was happy to have new food and wait a couple more minutes. The parking lot is a bit of a SS with alllll the pick up and handicap parking.

Can’t get an order right to save their life, more interested in doing anything other than working. And half the time a machine is down or broken so they can’t make half the order anyway. Not to mention the long wait. Customer service is sorely lacking both Maria and Joaquin should seek jobs elsewhere if they can’t help customers in a customer facing field.

Very poor customer service. Pulled up to the drive thru at 8:15 PM on a Sunday night, nobody in line and no customer cars in parking lot. After waiting several minutes, we gently said hello and received a rude “just a second” back. After waiting another few minutes we decided to leave and take our business to someone that wants it.
