The Old Village Pizza Parlor, in my opinion, offers excellent pizza, surpassing some other establishments in the Mount Holly and Burlington area. I haven’t had the opportunity to try their other food items, so I cannot offer a comment on them. I do believe that the dining area could benefit from some improvements. I rarely observe anyone dining inside, though it is often said that some of the best pizza can be found in establishments with a more rustic appearance. I have never had a negative experience. The people are kind, and they strive to satisfy their customers, in my opinion.

They lied about when they left for a delivery on the Slice app. My type 1 diabetic daughter took insulin. The driver never came. 15 minutes after the delivery was supposed to be here (which is life or death at this point) they finally sent the delivery driver with the order. I ended up having to feed my daughter snacks from the vending machine. If you know anything about Type 1 and insulin, you have to wait at least 90 min to 2 hours before dosing again. When I called, the owner refused to do anything about it. So now we have food that she can’t eat. It will be cold. The owner wouldn’t give a refund and we will never ever use this place again.

Ordered a veggie supreme pizza for lunch and picked it up on my 30 min lunch break. The pizza was soaking wet, the crust was so soggy you could not hold the slice. the bottom of the cardboard was so wet that I thought the pizza was going to fall through. I called to let them know the situation and they did bring me another pizza, but this pizza was exactly the same, drenched beyond belief. I threw my slice away. The other person also didn’t want to eat the pizza. Total waste of money.

I ordered wings and pizza for me and my guests tonight. I ordered from here like twice months ago and it was really great. But this time, the chicken was tough and overcooked, the fries were bland, and the pizza was just bad. My guest actually took a bite and spit it out and another told me it tasted like “school lunch” I was so mortified and we threw out the majority. I spent a lot too and almost called to ask about a refund but didn’t want to cause trouble. I’m very shocked it tasted nothing like I remembered. I usually don’t leave reviews but I feel very disappointed especially after spending almost $70.

Had bad experience before but thought id try again everyone has off days but absolutely NOT the salad had more water in it than lettuce, the hot wings were spongy with BARELY NO HOT SAUCE. This has made my mind up ill never go here again and im sad about it but i dint know what happened to the quality of this food
