Jimmy John’s is my go-to lunch spot when I’m craving a sandwich. I always get the same thing every time I go—the #16 Club Lulu: turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. I also add every veggie they have—onions, pickles, Jimmy peppers, cucumbers, and crispy fried onions.
The service is always good and they’re super quick. Honestly, I don’t have much to critique. The staff is friendly, fast, and their customer service is consistently great.

We ordered catering from Jimmy John’s for our Thanksgiving lunch at Office Evolution West Palm Beach and everything was perfect. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, and they even made a special cranberry sauce was a huge hit with our members! The manager Alan was very kind and easy to talk to, making the whole process super easy. We’ll definitely be ordering from them again. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible experience ordering from the Jimmy John’s Subs location in West Palm Beach yesterday. While the subs themselves are always consistently fresh and delicious, the service I received from Elvis truly stood out and went above and beyond.
Parking was terrible, so after paying for my order in advance, Elvis spontaneously offered to bring the sub out to my car so I wouldn’t have to worry about finding a spot and getting out! This level of thoughtfulness and personal attention is extremely rare.
Elvis was incredibly personable and professional. Jimmy John’s is genuinely fortunate to have such a dedicated and helpful team member. Thank you, Elvis, for making my lunch pickup easy and hassle-free! I highly recommend this location.

This is a good sub place. The subs are very good. The staff was helpful and friendly. Cold cuts are fresh. I got the Vito unwrapped and it was delicious. Two homeless people came in and got other customers to buy them sandwiches. The staff treated them just like they would any paying customer. Well done Jimmy Joh’s.

I came into the store today having a terrible day. The gentleman at the register was warm greeting me into the store. I think his name was George or Gregory, something along those lines. I had no idea what to order and he gave some suggestions. It was one of the best sandwiches I have had in a very long time! So shout out to the guy at the register for turning this terrible day into a better one! I will definitely be back for more chicken bacon ranches.

I think Joshua is his name, I’m an Uber driver. It is very frustrating. Trying to park on Clematis to try and grab your orders when there is no parking at all. There’s always a chance you can get a ticket and Joshua was there at the door waiting like he already knew. I just wanna take a time to recognize Joshua and his eagerness to help my day. Go faster and I will always accept Uber rides and Uber eats from Jimmy John’s at this location thank you Joshua.

Dude this place is so amazing. I have like completely quit subway and whatever sub places there are cuz this place is so great. I get the same thing everytime, ✨ autism ✨), and so Im sensitive to changes in taste or structure. They get it the same everytime and its so so appreciated. They are also so friendly!! Hannah and the boy (I forget his name, so sorry!) are the greatest, although I value everyone there of course.
The music and ac is always favourable so the vibes are great. Its like a second home ngl.
The app, it is the best food chain rewards and ordering app I swear. They give so many rewards even when you havent ordered enough to fill the meter. They give you stickers you can collect that makes it exciting for me personally. They even gave me a free sandwich for my birthday ^^ It isnt buggy or slow, and it has a great UI. I value UI alot in this kind of thing cuz if I feel like its a chore to use the app Im just gonna not use it. I will say the delivery lacks, I wish they had like their own delivery person but I understand why they use uber and doordash.

Last 3 times I ordered it took over an hour to deliver. I’m only a few miles away. Yesterday was the last straw for me my order was sent to Uber eats for delivery from Jimmy johns I put in the order to leave at the front desk because I was way in the back I get a text saying if I don’t come get the food my order will be canceled. Never again I’m throwing the menus away at work they deliver here at least twice a week sometimes more. $20 bucks for a combo is way too much to deal with this horrible service

Please teach cashier about customer service. This female character doesn’t know how to greet customers and appeared bothered to take my order. She looked angry and as though she didn’t want to work. Maybe, she needs a job where she doesn’t have human interaction. I enjoyed my sandwich but you all can do better with the hiring process.
