Passing through and wanted to try a new place. The atmosphere as we walked in was nice and pleasant. We were greeted with friendly smiles and warm faces. We were seated and brought chips and salsa. The chips seemed to be a little burnt but not un edible. The food came out quickly and was presented nicely. The food was hot and ready. I did enjoy the food I ordered but compared to others I have eaten I found the taste to be a little bland. I left full and satisfied. I can’t say I would go out of my way to return when passing through but I feel this place was adequate for the small town it services. You should give them a try and see what you think.

This is a place for locals that know what to expect. Prices are considerably lower than the other two Mexican restaurants in the area. Food comes surprisingly fast after ordering. Facility is dated and worn but the food is pretty good and not overly spicy hot. There may be a bit of a language barrier. One party st my table did not want beans so I asked for them on the side and I would eat them. I never got those beans and my burrito supreme did not have any beans. This makes this review hard for me. Normally I would give a bad review but the service was so friendly and quick and the food I got was pretty good so I had to go with a better review. Someone not from this area may not feel the same.

Good Mexican food. Chips and salsa on point. I like the puréed salsa. They were well staffed. Servers could have been a little more attentive but I got there right at opening so they were busy. Food was good but not great. Could have had more spice and salt. I did not dock them a point because some folks like that. The chili relleno was full poblano pepper stuffed and deep fried. Good stuff.
