Love the food here. I usually get a full sandwich. It’s the homemade sandwich you wish your mom made. Fresh bread is baked at the 400 N Logan location daily and delivered. Soups are just ok. Desserts are phenomenal. Also made daily. Never had a dessert I didn’t like.

Food is always great here but Google said the Smithfield location is open on Sunday so I drove over there and it is in fact, not open sundays. If you could just get that switched so it is accurate that would be awesome. Otherwise love this place. Best bread and sugar cookies in town

Every time I’m driving through the area, this is the only place I stop to eat. The food, price and service is to notch! You will not find a better sandwich shop or a better priced meal. I personally love the chicken bacon ranch sandwich is to die for. The soup is great as well, but it is scolding hot, so be careful with it. My wife is allergic to dairy and their pumpkin chocolate bread is dairy free and is as moist as cake, so good.

The service was great, and the food is delicious. I was going to buy a loaf of bread and some raspberry rolls after dinner, but I ended up choosing not to. The reason, they won’t let me tip when paying with my card, and I had already used what little cash I carry for dinner. I couldn’t bring myself to buy the bread and rolls without tipping, so I chose to go without. I really wish I could tip when I pay by card

I stop here every time I attend North Cache Middle School’s parent lunch. Perfect location for a quick run on the way to school. I’m impressed at how even during the lunch rush (often filled with high school students), I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for food. They’re doing a great job here and my daughter’s friends love the cookies and raspberry rolls that find their way into my order.

I had a strange encounter with an employee the other morning who argued with me that my sandwich was wrong and insisted that it was right. After another employee apologized to me and made me the correct sandwich, the original woman argued back and forth with her and then finally understood she was wrong. She then proceeded to tell me “My adhd got the best of me”. Since then I have returned and the same employee is always nagging and arguing with other employees. She is also very rude to customers.

It was ok. The sandwich was mediocre at best. It was more of a quick comfort food type of place. I read other reviews about this place, their costumer service. Will have to agree that it does need a bit of improvement. As a first time costumer here, I kind of had to figure out how the process was, girls at the front were more interested in their own conversations than my confused face. Glad that the lady behind me was kind enough to tell me how you order here. There is a little paper you fill out on what you want whether it is one of their combo meals or a la cart. When your order is done they call your name and hand you your paper baggie with all your food in it. FyI if you get soup the spoons are right were you pick up your food. Save you some time from looking all over the place.

There are make your own sandwiches. With or without a combo. They have a sandwich menu if you don’t want to make your own. I love going here because you get a lot of bank for your buck. Big sandwiches for a really good price. I think their sandwiches come with a cookie, but if not, get the oatmeal chocolate chip one. It’s delicious!!
One last thing. It comes in a brown paper sack (for to go orders) and that just makes it feel like you’re going on a field trip.

Tried this Grist Mill for lunch today and it was very good. The staff were good to work with, and our food came quick. They really pilled on the toppings. Everything was clean, especially the restrooms.

Officially no longer using this location. Ordered 2 sandwiches, waited 40 minutes to get my food just to have it come out completely incorrect. They couldn’t even remake it due to I was the last one to get their asiago bagels. This also isn’t the first time I’ve waited here for 30+ minutes. I will for now on spending that time to drive to the Logan location.
