My parents and I are absolutely head over heels for the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and lets not forget moist. Hands down the best chicken sandwhich I’ve probably ever had. You definitely get more bang for your buck here. My mom and I literally share 1 sandwich. Also, do NOT sleep on their jalapeño poppers.

I have Experience racism in this restaurant and I no, the people that runs it because I’m part of their family and I just want to expose the world how cruel nasty and racist they are. I had sent one of my friends to get us food and they came back empty-handed to tell me that how racist they were acting towards them because they were black and he has informed me that my cousin who works their told him his food was going to be an hour Because of our order but we only ordered two fries and two drinks. And my friend informed me that he’s seen a white man with a Mexican lady got their food before him and he has ordered his food first. And they Ordered two burgers, two fries and two drinks, but my order was only two fries and two drinks plus we ordered first. And my friend didn’t mind waiting for an hour, but then it turned out to be more than just an hour so we left.

Hoppers itself is lovely and always has an amazing atmosphere. But I dont know what happened when they took over the restaurants in the building, the food took a deep dive south. I used to come here specifically for Smokin’ BBQ Grille and their mac and cheese. Couldn’t beat it. Now the so called mac and cheese is elbow noodles covered in what has to just be milk and cinnamon mixed together. Its watery and disgusting. We asked staff about it thinking maybe someone made a mistake and used horchata to make the cheese sauce, nope, “thats just how its made.” Threw it away, it was inedible. Only upside, the chicken sandwich wasnt bad. Wasn’t great, but you could actually eat it.

Pretty good burger all things considered, but the place was criminally understaffed during a predictable lunch rush. The managers need to make sure there are enough staff to handle the crowd, because it took an hour from when I walked in front of the counter to when I got my burger, with 15 minutes of that time just waiting for someone to get free enough to take my order. Not the employees’ fault at all, they did the best they could.

I’m still hungry. I ate half a meal. I’m trying to eat a low carb diet. I do not recommend eating here if you’re trying to have an enjoyable low carb option.

Great All american Food in a great place . made right in front of you , cooked thoroughly and with good quality ingredients unlike a lot of places around here . prices are a bit steep but i think there a bit less than the top of the line for fast food burgers around here (five guys , wendy’s , etc . ) and way better quality and quantity. tell you the estimated wait time as well so no issues with timing but i imagine it could be a bit of a long wait if it’s busy in the pavilion . only downside is they are a bit lacking in originality but have a lot of variety .
