Had a great time here with my girlfriend for date night. The atmosphere was welcoming and good vibes. The waitress was very polite and courteous. Very fast service. The food was delicious especially the spaghetti “the pictures do not do it justice.” You must try it! We ordered a little bit of everything just to take a couple of bites of each and were pleased with all of it. My girlfriend had a mixed drink, and it was mixed very well “not to strong but not weak either.” I would recommend going here for dinner it was a refreshing experience to have such great service and food. Also, we were seated right away. Our servers name was Morgan, and she did an awesome job 5 stars ! We will be back.

I live in Casper, so I have eaten at Old Chicago many, many times. Last night, March 1st I went to Old Chicago for dinner. I ordered chicken fried chicken. Everything else was fine as usual. Service was good, atmosphere was good. When the food arrived, I could see that It was overcooked. It was so bad that it was extremely hard to chew. I ate about a quarter of it and decided to take the rest home for my dog to eat. When I got home I gave the chicken to my dog. She started to eat it and looked at me as if to say, I can’t even chew this. She chewed on it for about a minute and literally walked away, leaving all of it. It was so hard, it was like trying to chew on a month old cookie sitting in the sun. I really don’t understand how a chef can send a meal out of the kitchen that looks like that. It was so evident that this meal was overcooked just by looking at it. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!!!

So, we were about to add Old Chicago to the list of DO NOT GO TO, since Cheyenne, WY and Colorado Springs, CO were HORRIBLE. This Old Chicago in Casper, WY saved them. Our server, Olivia (BOOM SHAKALAKA!!) was awesome. She kept our glasses full, and checked on us regularly during our meal, which by the way, was scrumdiddlyumptious!!!! Hat tip to the Chef. We will be back.

Our server was really nice at first, and the restaurant messes up our order TWICE, it being the complete wrong order AND RAW. When we ask for a refund they are super rude and completely just disregards what we’re saying. The server then proceeds to say “next time just don’t order those”. And tries to invalidate what we KNOW we were eating, and she even stated what we knew we’re eating before. We just felt like they didn’t really care about our experience, and didn’t really try to fix it. THEY STILL MADE US PAY FOR DRINKS WE DIDNT EVEN DRINK.

Lauren was the best server I’ve had in a long road trip across the USA. She was friendly and engaging. The chicken wings I had as an appetizer were some of the freshest meat I’ve had in quite some time. Very delicious. My main course was a little slow coming out but was very good, Chicken Alfredo with toast. I was just passing through Casper so it’s doubtful I’ll be back through anytime soon. Lauren deserves a bonus. Very personable and attentive. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Been a long time since I last ate in old Chicago, today was passing through Casper
I can say the whole restaurant gets the big WOW!! Staff up front during busy hour all had warm smiles and sat us quickly.
Then got another warm greeting from Edel, all I can say from the beginning to the end I can say he hit it out of the ball park. Great service hard to come by,thanks for manger stopping by to check on our table and many others. If you are very hungry and passing by do make a stop…
