I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. I have been a loyal customer and have visited this restaurant many times. I consistently support this location and its staff, and I typically tip 25%, as I respect service workers and understand the importance of tipping in the industry.
During my most recent visit, my experience took an unexpected and upsetting turn. While my party and I were already seated, a staff member approached our table and explicitly demanded a tip in order for us to receive service. We were told, in a very direct and disrespectful manner, that if we did not tip, we would not be served. This was not presented as a policy explanation, but rather as a confrontation, which was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.
What made this situation even worse was the accusation that we were being disrespectful or that we do not tip, which is completely false. Being approached in this way, especially in front of others, was embarrassing and unacceptable. At no point was there an attempt to have a calm or respectful conversation. Instead, the interaction felt aggressive and dismissive.
I have never experienced anything like this at a restaurant, especially not at a place I frequent and regularly support. No customer should be pressured or threatened with denial of service over tipping—especially before any service has even been provided. This behavior does not reflect the standards I expect from a Buffalo Wild Wings location.
I hope management and corporate take this review seriously, address the conduct of the staff involved, and ensure that future guests are treated with professionalism and respect. As a returning customer, this experience was incredibly disappointing and has made me reconsider coming back

I have a bmw m5 comp at 19 and I wasn’t felt welcome I came into the establishment with a group of friends and I was told to either leave a tip or take out extremely disappointed with the service and the way me and my friends were treated do better

Wow, what a difference between this BWW location and the Fargo location. This location defines pet-friendly, whereas Fargo is the antithesis of pet-friendly.
The Moorhead location continues to be my go-to place to watch football in a great atmosphere when I visit the area.

I know they are known for there wings but dang can they make a chicken sandwich. We had Traditional and Parmesan Garlic Wings and they were fantastic. But the big surprise was the Southern Chicken Sandwich WOW. chicken was so moist the coleslaw was crisp with sweet pickles to make one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. For desert there was caramel chocolate cheese cake. It was a very clean restaurant and the service was great. Will we go back?? HECK Yeah..

Sidewalk was slippery so we told them and they said “oh we figured that out this morning” it was 1:30 and they hadn’t salted it or anything

We will no longer go here or order from here, they continue to mess up our to-go order (4 times total now). When we do receive our wings and get home sometimes they are bone dry with little sauce on them and have to use our own sauce at home! This is absolutely ridiculous that this has happened more than once. More people need to start boycotting places like this with poor to-go service so this these places learn to care about their services/food offered!

Went here today 10/4 to watch the bison game ordered apps before our table … took 42 mins for it to come out it was cold even tho we were told there were busy and it takes longer … asked to speak to a manager who never came to the table… unbelievable I would recommend no one comes here when its busy service was 0/10 mind you pur servers name tag said she was a trainer thats is crazy you would think some one in that role would have better customer service

Terrible. Sat down with buddy’s and immediately comes over and profiles our group. Tells us to leave a big tip or leave the place. We always pay our tab and tip, yelling at us, disrespectful and demanding tips.
