I ordered a vegetable tempura bowl, which was extremely generous! The pieces of vegetables were huge. It was pretty heavy with the grease and that’s what ultimately removed a star from my review. I also ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl. I asked to add vegetables and learned that it’s not an additional price because they do it by weight. I eat Flame Broiler regularly and this is similar. The sauce at this restaurant is much lighter and the chicken is probably not as intense in flavor, but the bowl is very good. I would order it again. They have a little table with condiments and they offer the ginger which is yummy but it is the pink dyed ginger, which is unfortunate. It’s very tasty, however. They seem to do a good business with a ready supply of people wandering in to enjoy their food. The young man behind the register was very helpful and patient. They have various specials and that seems to be a good deal if you wanna take advantage of a daily special or a combination. I think the price is a reasonable, which is nice these days.

I’m glad I decided to try this place out. Apparently this teriyaki place has been here since 1985. I can see why the food is super delicious and affordable.

Honestly the best Teriyaki I’ve had hands down an I’m a big Yoshinoia an waba grill fan.. If you hungry get the large the small is a tease the flavor is awesome rice Is perfect I definitely recommend Okazya 10 out of 10…

A very popular Japanese Terriyaki Restaurant with strong Japanese style interior. It has been here for a long time and now it is managed by the next generation owner. Food is always great and also excellent for catering for a special gathering and stuff.

This place is a hidden gem. Their in house made sauce is the best I have tried at a teriyaki joint! I always order the spicy half beef and half chicken. I love teriyaki, and still have not found one that is as good as this place that is closer to my home! I highly recommend!

Been going here for years, usually getting the party trays. The food is always very good. I personally prefer their beef bowls over chicken, as the beef seems to have better quality. The chashu pork bowl (pictured) is my new favorite. Their sauce is amazingly addicting. If you like teriyaki, this is a must try.

I’ve been going to Okazya for years, and it’s always good. You can customize your teriyaki bowl with different options. I also like their curry bowl, and their udon noodle soup is yummy with nice thick noodles.
