Upon walking in, we were greeted immediately and assisted with our order. The service was friendly and efficient, which set a positive tone. It’s a typical Chinese takeout spot offering all the familiar dishes, and the food smelled amazing. We were genuinely excited to eat.
Unfortunately, that excitement faded once we began our meal. The rice was severely undercooked and completely flavorless. I now understand why they charge extra for their homemade sauces. Our dishes were very lightly tossed, leaving the chicken nearly dry and lacking in flavor. The General Tso’s chicken was also a letdown; instead of the usual balance of sweetness, tang, and heat from Szechuan peppers, it was simply doused with cayenne for spice. The shrimp toast, while crispy, was overcooked to the point of being dry and lacking any moisture.

I’ve been coming to this place my whole life, and I just wanted to leave a truly heartfelt review. The food has always been amazing, but I want to share something personal.
Some time ago, my dad became very sick due to his own health issues — not from the food here. During that time, he wouldn’t eat anything for weeks. One day, I brought home a plate of food from this restaurant, and as soon as he smelled it, he said, “That smells really good.” I told him I had plenty and offered him some. He finally decided to try it, and after the first bite, he said, “That’s the best Chinese food I’ve ever had.”
From that day on, my dad started eating again—this food gave him his appetite back. For the remaining weeks of his life, he ate from here almost every day. Because of this restaurant, he gained some strength back, and I truly believe that him eating again gave him more time with me.
Thank you for providing not just great food, but comfort and joy during a difficult time for my family

I ordered chicken and mixed vegetables. The vegetables were fine, but they cut corners on the chicken, giving me what amounted to mushy skin rather than firm white meat. Very disappointing, considering that I’m a longtime customer.

I have been craving shrimp and broccoli for the past couple of days. I don’t like trying too many places for Chinese food. And I am very picky. But I must say, my food was delicious and fresh. The shrimp was huge. As well as the portion size. I didn’t get the eggroll, I did get the stuff wonton. They were 2 big pieces. The price was amazing for the lunch special I paid $8. It also came with fried rice. I got the chicken fried rice instead of pork. I will recommend this place. It’s a great takeout place. Maybe have a dinner night or even lunch date at home with friends or lover. All while not breaking the bank.

Revise review: I used to live your fried jumbo shrimp which were fresh large fried shrimp. Now they are small frozen shrimp that taste terrible. I will not be ordering this item from you in future. This was something I ordered for me and my husband weekly. Very disappointed. I hope that you are not using frozen shrimp in your other menu items. That would be such a big mistake. Customers have come to enjoy quality food from you, why change that. I rather you change your price!
