I submitted this complaint to corporate on 11-26-2025 and has NOT been addressed yet. I really feel as if they’re trying to sweep it under the rug, and hope that it’ll just be forgotten. However, because this could potentially have a lot of people sick, I wanted them to address and correct this ASAP. And if not, I have no choice but to report this to the Texas Health Department.
This is the 2nd time that I’ve experienced the staff preparing food with dirty gloves on. Today, the young man was cleaning the dirty counter, where the food is prepared with a wet towel, and then proceeded to get my bread, with the same dirty gloves on. I had to ask him to please not use that bread because it was dirty from his gloves, and to change his gloves, which he did. However, he placed that dirty bread, right back on the tray, for the next customer. SMH. My visit before this one, the same thing was done, except, I was able to intercept him touching my sandwich with the dirty gloves, and asked him to change them. At this point, I’m beginning to think that this is their protocol. And after the wiping down of the counters, they should be putting wax paper down. No sandwiches should be exposed to a fresh wipe down of the counters. I was so disgusted, that I don’t think I could go back to this store. I’ve given them two many chances on righting my online orders. Which made me only order my food in person, which could be an inconvenience. However, I still went and supported because it was a new business in our immediate area and I like their food. But I will just have to find the next nearest one.

This was my first time at Jersey Mike’s and Ali made it a great experience. He walked me through the menu, gave recommendations, and was really friendly. I ended up choosing the Chicken Bacon Ranch with extra spicy mayo and jalapeños. I definitely appreciated his help! 10/10 would come again!

Their staff left me without dinner tonight. We ordered a philly cheese sand which with mushrooms; meat; and cheese. We came home to find a sandwich with meat; mayo and mustard. Not to mention about half a bottle of mayo and mustard. The sand which was absolutely drenched in condiments I didn’t ask for. No mushrooms to be found.
They didn’t seem to understand that they’d left me hungry. I mean sure they offered a replacement but that would require a 15 minute drive each direction. Apparently repeating the order back for accuracy in their kitchen is too much to ask for.

First off, let me say I love Jersey Mike’s and we were excited when this location – my husband and I stop by once a week (we’ve been coming here for the past 6 weeks). However, 5 of those 6 times, my order is wrong. The one time it was correct is when we dined in. 4 times it didn’t have the bread I requested, and I deal with it because I was already home and the inside of the sandwich was always correct. This time though, I ordered online, double checked my order before submitting it. When I picked up my order, I opened up the package before I got to my car to check to check the bread… Peeked and it was good. Went home and as soon as sat down to eat, I had peppers in my sandwich. It was already too close to closing or I would have called. It is the 5th time of my order being incorrect!!! 5 times out of 6! They always make my husband’s food correctly. I always think maybe they don’t hear my order correctly because I’m soft spoken but since I did the order online I was so sure they could not screw up again but they proved me wrong. Jersey Mike’s is expensive opposed to other sandwich shops but they use good ingredients, so I pay for better quality but at this point it’s a slap in the face. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the sandwiches are good, especially when they get your order right.
If you come here, before you leave (especially if you order a hot sub), check your food to make sure it’s correct. I’m going to start treating Jersey Mike’s like any other fast food place (McDonald’s) because I can’t trust that my order will be correct. (This happened Saturday evening 3/7/22).

What a fantastic group of people at the store, they were fast, efficient nice and they even told me on Mondays. It’s double points day. The gentleman at the register also reminded me to use my app and I also got two free sandwiches from that. I always forget when I go in in order to use my app. I was grateful for the reminder. I loved Jersey Mike’s and this Store and it’s a group of employees makes it even better. Keep up the great work thank you guys so much for all you do.!!!

Jersey Mikes is my absolute, #1, without a doubt favorite place for a sub. Also, my order is ALWAYS correct – which says a lot because I get JM at least once a week. I never tire of it and have never had a single bad experience. The quality of ingredients is top notch as well and I have never found another place that is even close.

So I went to Jersey Mike’s about an hour before they closed and asked for a number 26 which is a chicken bacon ranch. She asked me what I wanted and I said no veggies she said so you just want the meat and the cheese and the sauce and I said yes. Mind you there were about three people in front of me who were still waiting and had ordered online orders as well and there was one person cooking and the rest of them were just kind of walking around doing closing duties. The girl standing next to me, had ordered the same thing And they had forgot her bacon and it was old. 25 minutes later, I get my sandwich, not thinking to check it because she literally asked me what I wanted on it. It has A ton of lettuce and tomato On it. I’m not complaining to get free stuff, but the fact that there was only one person cooking orders or making sandwiches. It was a little upsetting. It’s disappointing to get your food home and not even wanna eat it because it’s not correct. I could’ve had better service at Subway.

Our first visit and what a great impression. The crew was over the top. I observed a team member cleaning the slice machine constantly. After each different thing being sliced. A UPS driver gave us recommendations He was right. I met Evelyn assistant manager. She runs a tight ship. GREAT Job
