I’ve both eaten here & did delivery from here. Great service for both. The delivery was quick too. I have a lot of allergies and they are very cautious of my allergies. I enjoyed the chicken katsu, chicken teriyaki, and their spicy chicken roll. Their portions are quite big when you do the kitchen box but it’s well worth the price.

Upon entering this clean and relaxed vibe as first-timers to Oishi Sushi, we had the entire place to ourselves and decided on a table by the window. They also have a small stool area in front of the sushi chefs.
Their extensive menu comprises a range of sushi rolls, sashimi, and bento boxes.
We opted for the Seaweed Salad, Avocado Roll, and Vegetable Lover Roll.
Food was excellent, presented well, and using the freshest quality ingredients. The Seaweed Salad was a tad salty; otherwise, everything tasted deliciously good. The price and portions were reasonable. The service was quick; the staff was friendly and courteous.

Food was excellent and presented well, delivery was timely, and service was friendly. We ordered the 3 roll combo (shrimp mango, spicy tuna, and spicy crab), Philadelphia roll, and shrimp tempura for our main dishes. For appetizers, we had miso soup, spicy edamame, and vegetable dumplings. Everything tasted delicious and I was surprised they offered a spicy version of the edamame. Saw this business was new and was close by so we figured we’d give them a shot and they exceeded our expectations. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering again soon!!

Located in Hasbrouck heights on the boulevard they have awesome food and great service. This is definitely one of the best sushi restaurants around. The sushi is really fresh. The staff is super friendly and courteous. Prices are very reasonable. You should try the spicy salmon in cucumber appetizer!

I enjoyed my food, the eel was really good/fresh! I wasn’t feeling the spicy edamame. I ended up wiping off the condiment it was covered in and eating the edamame mostly plain. I’m not big on mayo, I ordered thinking they would be served with oil and chili peppers. They however came out covered in mayo (couldn’t tell if it was spicy or not) and some red stuff sprinkled on top. Everything else was great and my server was very pleasant/friendly.

Ordered food for take out. Sushi was fresh, full of fish, and delicious. They included a complimentary blue crab fajita (pictured). Yes a surprising fusion appetizer but it was delish.

I lived in Hasbrouck Heights for many years! Unfortunately, Oishi Sushi opened after I had sold my home and moved away. But, my daughter still lives in Hasbrouck Heights. We decided to have lunch at Oishi Sushi and it was the best sushi and Japanese cuisine I have had in years! We ate in and it was delightful! The food was amazing, fresh and so beautifully displayed on the plate, including edible flowers! Our server was great too, polite, friendly and extremely accommodating! I highly recommend Oishi Sushi and I can’t wait to visit my daughter again so we can dine there again!! Awesome food, awesome ambience!! Thank you very much, I’ll see you again, real soon!
