Tried the Chicken Wings and Pick 2, Brisket, Pulled Pork, and Mac.
The wings were great, got them extra crispy w/ Garlic Parm and Hot Sauce. The brisket was very tender, was a bit drier than I’d like but still good. The pulled pork was really and it was really moist. The mac n cheese by itself was good too. Overall you get a lot of food and great service in a classic atmosphere. Definitely worth a try and will come back for the wings.

I ordered the Hercules platter with the brisket, ribs and pulled pork. I also ordered the jerk chicken tacos, a side of macaroni and cheese, and 10 Carolina Gold wings along with onion rings. Hercules plate came with texas toast, coleslaw and pickles. I’ll start with the good and say that the Texas toast was good along with the Jerk Chicken tacos. The jerk chicken tacos had a lot of flavor as the chicken in the tacos was, smokey, juicy, and tender. The Texas toast was very buttery and just a nice piece of toast. And the onion rings were also crispy and fresh(although served in a greasy brown bag)…..As far as everything else it was a disappointment to say the least. While the ribs and pulled pork were cooked well as far as being tender and having a nice smokey profile…..they completely lacked flavor. There wasn’t a hint of salt or pepper and it just was just very bland (although cooked well). The brisket on the other hand was just straight up not good. Very very dry like leather, very bland, and just really not well done. It was the worst thing that I ordered. The Mac and cheese was also bland but worth the try. The Carolina gold wings were decent and also at least worth the try. To summarize this meal it was just bland, and dry….at least I can say I tried it!

Good food and big portion. The sides tastes fresh. Nice waitress who waited on my table too. The owner even opened the door 5 min early cuz I got there early. So nice!!!

Great experience at Signal 30! All the food was uniformly excellent. Hercules platter of ribs, pulled pork and brisket all really good.Mac and cheese and cole slaw on point! Excellent spicy BBQ wings. Fried pickles and nachos also done really well. One person said the Jerk chicken tacos could have been a little more “Jerky”, but still really good. Had “Christmas in Cohoes” IPA which we also enjoyed. Great comfortable neighborhood bar feel. Service was also excellent. Will definitely be back.

We hosted a small celebration after our children’s’ baptisms and we had an awesome experience. Our family members all raved about the food. The employees were friendly and accommodating. We had tons of leftovers and it’s also delicious reheated.

I ordered the 2 meat bbq platter with ribs and brisket a side of Mac and cheese, coleslaw, and onion rings. The most flavorful thing I ordered were the onion rings, sad to say, they were good but very greasy, they need some time to drain, my bag was soaked in oil. The ribs were cooked nicely, but had absolutely no flavor. The brisket was a bit dry, but again, absolutely no flavor. The Mac and cheese wasn’t too bad, it was creamy, but could’ve used a bit more seasoning. The coleslaw was also bland, but it’s not really my thing anyway. The staff was nice, but the inside could definitely use some updating. Unfortunately, nothing I tried would make me want to return.

My wife and I first time eating at this establishment. I will have to say these were the best wings I’ve ever had in my life!! They were made with love and skill, nice smoked taste through and through each wing with just right amount of char. I can only speak for my self but our bartender was very friendly and even gave my wife an extra blue cheese for our take home. I felt welcomed and our server was very attentive to our needs. I am a black man and I never felt more at home with my eating experience then at signal 30. I will definitely be back.

Ok so let me just say….those were the BEST wings we have EVER had!!!!! I had the Nashville hot and my husband had the Hot buffalo…..unbelievable!!!! Soooo smokey, intense, perfectly cooked…and flavor packed!! Pair that with their homemade blue cheese…and I cant even describe the euphoria . We sat at the bar, and our bartender was AWESOME! We will absolutely return!

Let me start by saying I’m retired airline and love barbecue so have had it all over the US. I am enjoying the 1/4 chicken dinner and to start with the chicken is nice and moist with a unique barbecue sauce that has a hint of spice, sugar and not overdone with too much sugar or spice but just right. Now onto the Mac and cheese. This is creamy and if I didn’t know better think they made it with a good Gouda cheese. Now the show stopper is the baked beans!!! These could be a meal by themselves with great flavor and perfect size pieces of meat which is super tender. I highly recommend anyone try this place and I will be returning
