The associate who took care of me was great! It’s too bad she didn’t have any help. Not only was she taking care of customers out front, she was also preparing food in the kitchen between customers. She really needed some help, but she did the best she could.
The sides were delicious-greens, corn pudding and mac &cheese, but I’m not fond of the brisket. Its cut/shaved way too thin, so even though I had a pund of it, it had no flavor. It tasted boiled. I should’ve purchased the ribs instead. I’d go back again, but I won’t touch the brisket.

The food is good, love the potatoes! Service is not Consumer friendly. Real petty about extra sauce. Some like it w/o, other’s like it messy. Go the extra mile, don’t make your customer’s feel like they are a burden to you. The food is not cheap so serve it up how we like it w/o the Attitude.

The food was good, but they were out of everything. It was 11:30 in the afternoon and they were out of wings, pork, and sausage. They made the excuse that because the store cooked for all the others, they had to ship everything to the other stores. I think if I go back, I’ll go to a different location, at least they’d have food!

Used to love the location in Miamisburg but this one not so much. Horrible service and they try to overprice when ask for a side. In order to get a side of ranch you have to buy a whole salad. Hopefully they won’t charge you for a cup of water. No Wonder it doesn’t have any customers like the other location does

First of all it was hot as heck in the restaurant. The chicken was delicious but the macaroni and cheese was not. The green beans were unremarkable and there was only 1 person manning the place. All in all we ate and left quickly because it was so uncomfortable.

This time wasn’t as fresh tasting and friendly as past visits to this location. The team members appeared rushed and on edge for some reason so the service was not as friendly as the many visits before. The restaurant was very clean though and smelled amazing. My only guess is that they were under some type of inspection deadline or something to that effect.

Food is some of the best food i have had in a while! Their GreenBeans are awesome, Cole Slaw is wet and delicious and their ribs are 5stars easy! Will be going back at least once a week for sure.!
