I came on Soul Food Sunday. I got the four veggie plate, eight bucks plus tax. Everything was fresh and flavorful, with generous portions of each. Well, the piece of cornbread could be tad larger. It reminded me of my mother’s style of cooking. The black-eyed peas are delightful. The cabbage is tender and tasty. The green beans are cooked way down and are delicious without needing to add bacon or ham. The mashed potatoes and gravy are perfect. Lumpy, with the skins. I will be back !!!
Update: I have been back several times. Tif or Sheena totally take care of me, like I am family. I love the veggies and I love the way I feel when I walk in this place. I am now a regular.

This is a little gem that that we found over a month ago. They just got there liquor license and serve beer. There food is amazing. You can tell they cook from the heart! The love they have of cooking shows. Enjoy just going in a saying hey feel like I have known them forever. ❤ them lumpy potatoes

I wasn’t aware this restaurant even existed but I am so glad I found it! The staff are more than friendly, the atmosphere is great & the food is even BETTER! If you haven’t tried this place yet, you owe it to yourself. True home made soul food is so hard to find but this place will be a regular for me!

The staff is amazing!!! So friendly!! The food is delicious. All the way from the rolls to the dessert (we recommend the Honey Bun cake). It was so good she had to lick her plate!

The food was on point along with the service! They were very busy but the server that took our to-go order was extremely nice and helpful with all questions and with me being indecisive!The wait was not long and the food was out quickly. The fish was awesome and the sides were even better. Chicken bacon ranch casserole,cabbage, and the mac and cheese we re exactly what I was hoping for seasoned to a T. Definitely didn’t have room for desert but had to at least get a couple bits of the honey bun cake and did not regret it! 10/10 definitely going again to try more of the menu!

I wanted some good soul food, had been craving good fried chicken and this restaurant was suggested in a local food group.
They didn’t disappoint, the fried chicken was well seasoned and juicy. (They served whole wings and the chicken breast was big and juicy). My favorite sides are greens and potato salad, which both were tasty and well seasoned. I also got a smothered pork chop and Mac n Cheese, which were tasty as well.
While I waited for my food, the owner offered a sample of their turkey necks, that too was well seasoned and reminded me of my mama’s, WITHOUT having to fight with the bones =).
I will definitely eat here again! The food was tasty, good portion size and affordable priced!!!

We decided to try this for Sunday lunch. The food was amazing! The best fried chicken I’ve ever had! Such friendly people too! I’d only suggest lowering the volume on the music as it was hard to hear table conversation. Otherwise it was wonderful.

I’ve seen Oh 7 B&R advertised on here many times and today we finally tried it. Now I don’t mean no disrespect or anything, but the south has redeemed itself. This was the BEST and I’ll repeat the BEST home cooking food we’ve had since moving here 7 years ago. The was seasoning, there was flavor there was that desire for the food on your plate to be everlasting. Finally a place I can’t help to return to. Oh and did I mention that it was superb service! Thanks Sheena!

Small family oriented environment. Staff was great. Tiffany was courtesy and likeable and the young 10 month old Prince was such a ray of light. The best meal I’ve had in SC so far. Will be on my permanent rotation.
