Ever since La Casa (rip) closed, new pizza places keep opening up in this location and closing down within a year.
Saw this place reopened under new ownership so decided to give it a try. Ordered a regular slice to gauge the pizza.

It was awful. Paper thin floppy crust with absolutely zero crisp. Overloaded with cheese (melted, not browned n crispy) that weighed it down. Cooked just enough to be chewy like bubblegum. Way too greasy.
Sauce wasn’t bad but not amazing enough to save this trainwreck of a slice.
Maybe add some olive oil to the dough so it gets crispy, and definitely use less cheese. It’s a shame that places don’t last long here, but the quality here just isn’t good. Wasn’t worth the $3.50 or burning the roof of my mouth for.

One of the best pizza spots on LI. Garlic knot pie is unreal and a must try. Will be dreaming of it.

Yo have to try this place. I took advantage of the free two slice promotion for the grand opening and the pizza was delicious. I have to say it was one the best I have had. A little crunch to it , plenty of cheese and the sauce was delicious. The ladies at the counter were so kind and friendly. Highly recommend !!!

Used to come multiple times a week when it was Pizza Corner. I really wish there had been some notice of the transition- I have a $50 gift card I can no longer use. Either way, I stopped by an hour and a half before close and there were barely any slices to choose from, and they mostly had what appeared to be Sicilian slices. Went back around lunchtime a different day and experienced similar- hardly any regular slices. If you’re into the thicker crusts, this may be the place, but I’ll be having to find somewhere with more NY slice options

Same exact set up as pizza corner but pizza is not good. Appears to be the same menu minus a few items/options. Pizza crust is very thick and heavy, appears to be more of a “pan” pizza style crust not traditional NY. Sauce tastes lower quality. Overall won’t return would rather get better quality elsewhere

The Pizza Corner employees gave a warm welcome and simply put, the pizza is fantastic.

Do not let the selection and variety of pizza sway you, the crust provides a nice firmness with a crunch on the undercarriage, but still soft and pillowy on the ends as the crust buckles under your bite.

The cheese is not overdone, the sauces are well balanced. Sometimes the pasta topped pizzas can have the pastas a touch too soft and could be more al dente.

I work nearby this pizzeria, and I wanted to try it. There are an abundance of good pizzerias in the area, but The Pizza Corner has an abundance of good reviews wherever I look, so I decided to give it a try. I had two slices, one was a Sicilian corner and the other was a white slice. The white slice was large and it was delicious. The Sicilian had an excellent sauce and the crust was perfect. I was very happy with both slices. My buddy had a chicken roll and said it was excellent, as well. I’ll be back. I liked it a lot.

Wow! I want to say finally! A pizzeria with incredible standards and product. Not that pizza on LI is bad, but I’ve been feeling for a while that pizzerias used to be much better in my youth. I just couldn’t find that nostalgic standard amazing pizza, until now. The slice was delicious with just the right amount of flop. The chicken roll was simultaneously doughy AND crusty, with oozing cheese that I remember. It’s giving that Ninja Turtles Goofy Movie wish fulfillment and I can’t wait to come back and try their heroes. It doesn’t hurt that the counter men were kind, courteous, and professional at all points. Congrats to this team, your hard work and dedication are being noticed!
