Ordered a pepperoni, olive and mushroom pizza. It arrived in two boxes and it was clearly not one pizza cut in half and split into two boxes: there were 3 pieces from one pizza, 3 pieces from a second pizza and 2 from a third pizza – obvious from the different bake on each group of slices. The store was unrepentant and claimed they used two boxes because rather whole pizza wouldn’t fit in one box. They refused to admit what they’d done. Absolute fraud.

Like an hour ago I placed an delivery order through Doordash from this store. It was a personal pan pizza with beef and some peppers. Instead of beef they put pork sausage in the pizza without even calling and asking. I don’t eat pork because to my religion and I realized it is pork sausage after the first bite. Now I had to throw it to the garbage. This is crossing the line. This is nothing but disrespect to your customers. I’m going to escalate this to the highest level in the close future.

Food was delivered and both pizzas were burnt. No sauce for the cheese bread. When we call ed the store to complain he asked what was the name on the order. After giving the name of the order he hung up and they never answered again after hanging up! Bad business

Ordered a pizza on 1/23/26 via the app. Arrived cheese not cooked cold, wrong toppings, no sauce. After 15 min on hold with the restaurant and hung up on, I reached out to the online customer service, for another waste of time on their chat feature. They gave me a code for a free 3 topping pizza.

Fast forward to 2/21/26 I figured they couldn’t ruin dinner 2x in a row. I was wrong. This time using the code for the free pizza and adding breadsticks to meet the delivery cost threshold,……. I was charged full price anyway. 2 different chats with customer service, was told the original code will still be active.

Maybe they can screw up dinner for a 3rd time if I decide to let them. Is a shame after 40+ years to write off Pizza Hut as an option for ordering delivery. Then again they don’t even employ their own drivers, maybe they have done the same in their kitchens and their customer service?

Best Pizza Hut Ever!

This Pizza Hut is always amazing thanks to the manager, Jocelyn. She really cares about her customers and makes sure everything is fresh, hot, and right every time. You can tell she takes pride in her work because the place is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the food comes out perfect. The pizzas are always cheesy and delicious, and you can tell the team works well together.

If you want great service and even better food, this is the Pizza Hut to go to. Huge shoutout to Jocelyn for making every visit awesome!

Ordered food online the other night waited for about hr and half of tracker saying is cooking then nothing. Tried calling but couldn’t get ahold of pizza hut then went to store only to find out they are closed. Went back next day after lunch time to still find out store is still closed. Pizza hut needs to do better.

Quality is bad. Never looks like the advertisement. Sometimes good, but it’s like rolling the dice. I don’t understand how anyone would even try and sell this pizza. No quality control. Why should a customer have to call and complain. They have a process of letting horrifying pizzas go to customers. If they complain, they remake it, or if they don’t complain, then this horrible pizzas was ok. I now order my pizza from a different location and the new location knows the problems this store has. It’s just not me EVERYONE knows the problems. It’s sad that it can’t be corrected or brought up to Pizza Hut standards.

Update(12.20.2022): after 3 years of my post and pictures to back it up, the “owner” of the business responded and asked me to reach out to try and correct the problem…..1 year later nothing. I gave them my number and nothing happened as of today. They didn’t make up anything to me. All they did was write a standard post to fake customers into thinking they care. Clearly, they care about their reputation online (taking time to write something) and less time making a quality pizza or providing good customer service. Well, Google just notified me today. These pictures have been seen by over 80k
people, and I hope this post has helped them make better decisions. I stopped ordering from this location 4 years ago.

Update. 2-12-25. Pictures have been seen by 125k. Still nothing to correct except lip service.

Part 2 of My Order.. Just called the store about my order being charged wrong and rude person didn’t want to help and told me to call back tomorrow.. WTH.. Saying I will need to bring a bank statement to show how I was charged wrong.. lol.. No disrepect. But this is pizza hut. We’re talking about $10 over charge. lol

I ordered a personal pan meat, lover And got a cheese person pan then I ordered garlic Parmesan wings, and I got regular wings then on top of it the driver brought my food here all till it over and it wasn’t even in a bag. Now that I’ve been on the phone for nine minutes holding to get a refund no one call back or answered so I called back again another 11 minutes on the phone Still no answer

Very disappointed, I ordered food a few weeks ago online and paid 37.00$, waited about an hour and a half for the delivery while trying to call the store and nothing so I drove to the store and there was a sign on the window stating they were closed.

I called the number that was answered by im Guessing a third party who informed me to call a 800 number for refund. I called the store when they opened 2 days later and spoke with a gentleman who said he was the rgm and told me I should be refunded within a couple days…. nothing after 4 days I called and spoke to a woman manager who said the refund could take up to 10 days. I also spike to corporate who said their higher up would contact me and never did. I waited another week and a half with no refund and called and talked to the same female manager who called the agm on the phone but said he was out on a boat somewhere and all I could do was wait on corporate.

I still have not gotten a refund or even just a credit to replace the order. We order from this store every single week since they opened but never again, very unprofessional and unwilling to fix a problem that could have easily been fixed by offering a credit, I had the proof of the order on my app and the bank statement as well.
