This was my first visit to Off The Hook, and I will definitely be back! The food was delicious and so fresh!!! They have a streamlined menu with all of the favorites and something for everyone. I enjoyed the fish and chips, which was one of the best I have had. I loved the crispy breading, and the piece of fish was huge! The fries were a bit well done, but I like them that way, so I didn’t mind. The tartar sauce was delicious and the Cole slaw was pretty good too! My friend had The Platter, which had fish, shrimp, and scallops. She loved her meal as well! Beautiful spot right on the water! Make sure you bring a sweater if dining at night as it does get breezy, but it is also very refreshing. We went on a Wednesday night which is Song Bingo night and it was so much fun!! Everyone there had a blast and was singing along to each song. They also have an ice cream spot here, but it closes pretty early. I will be back for sure!

Came on a Saturday afternoon to sit outside by the boats. Beautiful views, friendly people and happy with our food. I loved my grilled cheese and my husband loved his clam chowder.

The ambiance is a 5, the food and service is a 3-4, respectively. Our waitress was very nice and attentive, but the kitchen is slow. If you are in a hurry, this is not the place for you. However, if you have time and just want to lay back and enjoy the view, go for it. It was a 2-hour lunch for us, but as we were vacationing, not an issue. Drinks were great. Food is so-so. Clam chowder was hot and a good portion, but compared to other restaurants in the area, not anything special. Likewise, meals were of good proportions but nothing special. My husband had the fish sandwich, and it was heavy on the batter. Fries were pretty greasy. I had the pulled pork tacos and they were good. We will probably go back because of the location (overlooking the marina), but probably will only do drinks and appetizers next time.

My friend and I waited over an hour for food. We thought it was a very long wait for just tacos. The atmosphere was amazing and the service was really good! Food was just okay and thought they should offer a side with the meal. Waitress did give us free nachos for waiting. If you are looking for a lot of food then this is not for you. And the price of food was a bit pricey for my taste.

Are you looking for a place where you can spend some time by the water, get something to eat, and enjoy a drink? Off the Hook could be the right spot for you! It’s right at the marina on the way out to West Island, so you can’t be closer to the water without getting wet. The atmosphere is great and the staff are helpful and easygoing. Most importantly: they are dog friendly! It was fun to bring our good girl to hang out with us, and they even brought her a bowl of water. They don’t take reservations and it can get busy, so they’re doing something right. We’ll be back soon this summer!

Ordered chicken sandwich with garnish. Came with a piece of lettuce. When I asked wait staff she said sometimes they forget to put it on. My guest had fish sandwich same issue. Plus batter was doughy.

We were greeted warmly and brought to our table quickly. The waitstaff was friendly and professional. It passed the Calamari test, lightly breaded and tender, not over cooked. My Hook Burger was excellent as was my wife’s fish sandwich. The fries were hot crisp. The view from the dining area was excellent looking at West Island and the water with its many boats. Definitely put this place on your places to dine in the summer.

Went to Off The Hook recently for the first time and loved it. Even on an overcast chilly day you can tell this is a great place to visit in the summer! Get the mudslide, you won’t regret it!!
