What a gem to find in rural Iowa. Honestly one of the best breaded tenderloins I have ever had. They are hand breaded at the restaurant. The server was awesome and answered all of our questions. If you are within 25 miles of this place it is worth the detour

While traveling for work I found this gem. The place has a upscale restaurant/ bar look with all the personalities of a small town vibe and prices. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the food was nothing short of amazing. I ordered the fried Munster cheese curds ( a first for me) and the tenderloin sandwich. Both were seasoned and cook to perfection. I would recommend this place to any hungry traveler.

First time there. Steaks were over cooked , ordered mediums. I’d say they were close to med well- well. Potatoes were not too warm. They were extremely busy, so will probably try again. Menu is geared more towards “sandwiches “, our ribeyes were the only steak choice as it was the Saturday night special .

Traveling thru Iowa, stopped here for lunch. Had an excellent experience! Portion sizes generous, cooked correctly, and flavors great. Pleasant staff. Building fresh and very clean! Good menu and drink choices. Would eat here again!

In over their head. Served a party upstairs waiter said they don’t normally do. Fair enough, I’m ok with waiting. Staff of 2 couldn’t take care of the few tables that were on the main floor. Wings I asked to get before my food ended up showing up with my main dish. The taste of the wings were excellent other than they were cold. Had to keep flagging down the waiter for refills. Wife’s medium steak was prepared correctly and the baked potato was great. My medium rare steak came medium well. Very disappointing first experience.

We stopped for a late lunch. Best sweet potatoe fries ever! Husband’s prime rib sandwich and my grilled chicken wrap were super with enough left over to take home! Service was with a smile.

Would leave a lower rating if possible. Food took over 1hr 20min to get and cold to boot. Was told we were getting 25% off but server could not authorize and manager was no where to be found. You will starve before getting your food.
