My kid wanted a kids meal from Carl’s he has been asking all day we finally made it to the cause of your drive-through order the meal and when I got the food initially, everything was cold the burger Was OK sent the fries back requested some fresh fries. Waited an initial two minutes. Got the fries when I got home. I realize the fries were red dipped in oil. What a shame to do my five-year-old child like that.

I am amazed, I came to Carl’s Jr. today specifically in this location during my lunchtime, I dined in and there was amazing service. I would completely recommend it to all my friends and family walked in and the place was in amazed conditions in spectacular conditions. I was so shocked at how amazingly the staff greeted me. I don’t usually come to the side of town. I stay on Nellis and Sahara so my location for Carl’s juniors is always far and since I was working on this side of town, I decided to stop by here today. And like I said amazing service the entire staff was amazing. The manager Angela was super helpful. not to mention, the cashiers greeted me with the big smile my order was hot and ready and on time I was able to make it back to work on time after my break and they came to check on me to make sure if I needed anything else super helpful extremely wonderful time and just mind blown out how spectacular this location is compared to other locations in La Vegas 100% will recommend and I will definitely be telling all my friends and family that this is the best location in town. Will be here during my lunch again

This location was awful. Had to repeat our order at the window after already saying our order through the speaker, then got rang up instead of having total ready by the time we got to the window. Then had to wait a good minute for our food. And then the food was WRONG. No guacamole on my guacamole bacon burger. The other burger we ordered was a double diablo burger, only received one beef patty. Food was COLD. Horrible service and food was trash. A waste of money. Didn’t give us what we ordered and spent around $45 here.

The poor rating is for management NOT the two employees they have working from 5pm-9pm alone. There was a line of 7 cars they ran out of several items and still were polite and explained they were alone and did their best to get through orders quickly. Deangelo was AMAZING, calm and very polite. Management get it together when you scheduling employees this is not fair for them or us waiting 30+ mins in drive through.

Food is great. The only problem I have is that when it gets busy, they make a mistake and sometimes does not give you the right order. Also, if you do plan a pick up, never go to the drive thru. I had my pick up at drive thru and it took 15 minutes passed my pick up time so my food was cold and didn’t even offer to remake and said they were busy. They didn’t even let the other cars in front to pull at the front to wait. Not very organized or mostly short staff. GM and other leadership seemed to have an attitude. Hopefully it changes.

Waited 15 minutes at walk up in store just to be acknowledged I was there. Was told busy so please wait. While waiting I watched every drive thru order get taken and put out before even taking my order and I counted 6 cars go through. Finally took my order and them waited 20 minutes just to get order. While waiting 2 other parties were left hanging to order and left. Also a pickup order went out before even making my order. 2 people working during dinner hours is bad management. Also when someone c9mplains the employees probably shouldn’t talk and insult customers in Spanish between each. I am white but know Spanish and don’t appreciate what I was called.

The night crew around 8 really held it down and still are lol. Never seen someone glued in place be everywhere.
Store is well kept. Employees are quick and courteous. Some hours are busier than others that’s for sure but they get it too you fresh and hot at not that long of a wait.

Place an order on the app thought it was for delivery when I called to check if it was, the phone was picked up and hung up so I called again and I told the manager I gave him my information. He said he had my order here and it’s not for delivery I asked for a refund and he said I have to go through the app to get a refund ok refuse to give me his name because I was letting him know that someone had just hung up on me. He told me nobody hung up on me because he can possibly be in two places at once. Told me to have a nice day and hung up do better south rainbow. It is November of2025 and have still not received my food please do buy food here.

A few days ago I placed an order online and there was an error due to the app. Well Alijah made sure to fix the problem and immediately reach to his manager , so I could get my food. The fries were cold and the burger didn’t look fresh. I thought I’d try the new BFC Angus burger. Not as good as I would have thought. It’s a shame because I do like Carl’s JR
