I ordered a southern fried chicken salad. What I got was a large box barely filled with lettuce—half (or more) of which was brown, beyond wilted, and slimy.
This went straight into the trash. So thank you for wasting my money and my time and only offering a free salad on my next visit—which I never plan on returning, so that helps me none.
Apparently, the lettuce issue is a recurring problem based on previous reviews I’ve read here..meaning management and/or corporate really aren’t taking the necessary actions to rectify the situation.
On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the dining room was clean. Everyone I interacted with was polite and tried to make the experience pleasant, so the customer service definitely wasn’t the issue.
Overall, the people working here were great, but the food just didn’t live up to the O’Charley’s I remember. I’m giving it two stars because the service was solid, but the kitchen really needs to step it up for me to come back.
The food was a mix of highs and lows. The rolls were warm and soft like always — honestly one of the best parts of coming here. My entrée was decent: the chicken was cooked well, and the sides were fine, just not especially memorable. Everything tasted okay, but nothing really stood out the way I hoped it would.
Service was friendly but a bit inconsistent. Our server was nice when she came by, but we didn’t see her very often. We had to wait longer than expected for drink refills and small things like extra napkins. Not a deal‑breaker, but it did slow the meal down.
Service & Staffing: ⭐️ Despite the restaurant being slow on a Monday afternoon, our server was nowhere to be found. My glass remained empty for over 20 minutes, eventually forcing me to go to the bar to get my own refill.
Food Quality:⭐️ Our order was incorrect, and the food served was subpar, specifically featuring wilted and spoiled lettuce.
Management & Billing: When we requested a manager, it took over 15 minutes for one to arrive. Even then, the ‘resolution’ was simply the manager removing items from our ticket that we never even ordered or received. Correcting a billing error is not a resolution for a two-hour ordeal; it is a basic requirement.
This was easily one of the top five worst dining experiences I have ever had. I expect a much higher level of professionalism and quality control, especially during non-peak hours. I look forward to hearing how you intend to address these lapses in service.

Within 24 hours of my initial post, the General Manager, Emily S., reached out personally to address my concerns.Taking steps to gain insight and understand what failures took place. She was incredibly helpful and ensured that our meal and time were compensated. We truly appreciate Emily’s proactive approach and going above and beyond to turn our experience around! Service awarded stars to 4.
Sweet potatoes fry side was all of 7 fries.
Very disappointing
For our meals- We ordered chicken tenders, Cajun shrimp pasta, and a club sandwich. It took a very very long time to get our food and during the wait, we did not see our waitress. The chicken tenders arrived dark appearing and very hard (the kids could not eat them because they were rock hard). The Cajun pasta arrived visibly covered in a large amount of seasoning on the top. It was cold (not just warm, actually cold in the middle). The club was just okay. All of the food appeared to have sat under a warmer for quite some time as the cheese on the club was curled and clear on the edges. Our waitress did not remove anything from our cluttered table and refills of drinks had to be asked for.
Our bill was $60 and we felt the food was unappetizing and the service was bad. I will not go back to O’Charleys.
Overall good experience
Atlantic Salmon was good. The house rolls seem to have gotten very small

They changed the mac and cheese a few years ago (sometime after my visit in 2021) it now has a creamier sauce. Some people may like that change.

Food much better. Getting a seat is still slow because of covid restrictions. Service is great food great
