Don’t forget to ask for their Black Pepper and Mushroom dual sauce for an extra kick of flavor. If you’re a fast drinker, request light ice in your tea. I stopped coming here even before the pandemic as their beef quality deteriorated quite a bit. I always get the Kobe beef sizzling plate, towards the end the meat piece is so small and thin the chef could never achieve the medium rare doneness I request. I just get a sad piece of overcooked meat and wonder why I tried again.

Poor quality. Ordered shrimp and chicken noodles. What they call chicken is tiny pieces mixed with 3 small shrmps for $12.00. It’s just all noodles. These pics are before I started eating.

Delicious! I get the mango snow, with coconut jelly and boba. It is really good. The ingredients are pretty fresh, and the boba is good. The food is also great here. The popcorn chicken is really good and the fries are seasoned well. The staff here are also really friendly. I recommend for some great boba, a light snack, or a full meal.

I see several bad reviews and I initially didn’t really care because how bad could a boba tea place can be. Well, the popcorn chicken is bad, really bad. I should’ve known when I was quoted 5 minutes wait time only on the chicken. It’s not freshly breaded nor fried. It’s most likely premade frozen and then reheated. The chicken tastes tangy and that’s not good for chicken. The meat texture is too firm to be fresh. The tea is ok and they have the black sugar crystal boba which isn’t offered everywhere so my suggestion is just get tea not the food.
