I always get good service here, however I have learned that Oberweis doesn’t allow their shop employees get any of the tip, not even cash, their wage pay gets reduced if there was any tip, so the Corporate saves on their wages if we leave any tip for them, cash or credit.

Just came back from drive thru, as I wanted to treat my son for his first tooth out. We love the Oberweis ice cream and it is his favorite one. We were waiting for almost 20 minutes overall only to find out there were more employees than cars in the row. Extremely slow. In addition they messed up my order as I ordered two scoops and my son after five minutes was asking where was another scoop; where was the chocolate. The scoop was missing. Disappointed .

Hello !! On thursday 04-13, I was having trouble figuring out the menu since ive never been to oberweis in my life. As one of the workers there saw me struggling, she swiftly came in and gave her best advice on the flavors. I believe her name was Alex ! She was really sweet and nice and reccomended me the best flavor in her opinion, and i really enjoyed the ice cream and the customer service she gave !

The milk shake tasted good, but it was too sugary and their were no alternatives to milk. My friend also like the taste of her smoothie but like me, she was only about to finish half of it. Sugar dairy rush -> nostalgic, but for the next 3 days I was bloated.

I’ve been to this location before, but this is the slowest. I can’t blame the literal 1 employee working today, and the young gentleman is running btwn the window and front counter service. This is abuse, and the owner of this location needs to be reported! I felt so bad for the guy who helped us in the drive-thru. He apologized for the slow service, claiming that he was there alone. 5 stars for the employee, 0 stars to the owner.
