First off this is my neighborhood coffee shop and I’m happy to have one.
However I do wish they had more comfy chairs and couches to sit on. There’s only one and it’s always taken-the rest are just wooden chairs and tables. Doesn’t have a cozy atmosphere.
Also the bathrooms could use more regular cleaning. I was there today with my kids and had to wipe them down.

We went there I asked for a Dubai chocolate mocha and I got it well done, I wanted another one and told the nice worker there if I could get it with pistacho foam and no ice. That was good service, however my order was made wrong. They made white mocha and without pistacho foam, the workers started arguing about something and I went and told them my order was made wrong. The other lady was also nice and said there was no problem they would make me my order right. They made it wrong again, no pistacho foam and it didn’t taste the same as the other one, it was more sour, there was also ice. I had asked for no ice. It was obvious the guy didn’t want to be there it was obvious he was mad that he made my order wrong it was obvious that he made my order. It was a white guy with curlish hair

When they took my order, they were extremely nice, and then when my order was done, and it sat on the counter for five minutes melting before anybody even said anything after I walked up and asked if it was mine, not to mention the drink was only half full… So disgusted with your service!

So I need to express my genuine dissatisfaction in this particular Starbucks location — I had hoped that my last two visits were going to be the exception and not the rule when it came to the lack of customer service skills that are depicted here, unfortunately that was not the case. Last time I came my order was wrong and I mean they must have given me someone else’s order and that was after I waited 20 minutes for the order in the drive through. Don’t even get me started on my visit prior to that one. This time I ordered ahead, of course I still had to wait because this has got to be the slowest serving Starbucks in the state — the server then puts down the drink on the counter and doesn’t announce who’s order it is, no name was announced at all. I went to grab a straw and noticed there were no large straws for me to enjoy my venti beverage, I then got the attention of a barista and asked if they had any large straws — she looked at me like she was dazed and confused and with an attitude said “large straws?” I said yes. instead of restocking the straw, she grabbed a total of (3) straws from the drive through side and placed them on the counter – didn’t event bother to place them inside the utensil / straw caddy where they are supposed to be. I walked out and was just amazed by the lack of Customer service and the overall stores performance. Safe to say, drive the extra mile and go to another location. This one is a dump.

I visited this store three consecutive days, beginning Friday 10/15/2021 to complete the Starbucks Gold Member Menu Challenge. On Friday, I ordered the Sesonal Venti Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino. On Saturday, I ordered the Venti Vanilla Bean Creme Frappuccino and On Sunday, I ordered the Venti Caffe Vanilla Frappuccino! All three Frappuccino”s where made to perfection. Great Location, easily accessible with a nice outside seating area with the Classic Green Starbucks Umbrellas. This store also has a convenient Drive Through! Store inside and outside was very pristine. Mike the tall employee with the beard, was very welcoming, professional and took the time to explain the details regarding the beverages. Allison has a great sense of humor, another customer sitting nearby the Order Pickup Counter, mentioned that the staff makes her feel the fun resonating throughout the store when she visits! Will Recommend this location! I will return.

Charged me twice .. had me tap my card after already paying because THEY messed up my coffee order. The dark haired girl gave me multiple nasty looks.. when .. they.. messed up MY order. I am a big starbucks fan and come to this location all the time but charging me for something you messed up is a little crazy & totally not fair.

Just 2 miles from my home in Ridgemoor but I drive triple that to another location because AGAIN today, when in a hurry so gave them another chance they are “out of …” the seasonal drink I went for. I left and heading to another location.
