Heard about this place while staying at an airbnb and decided to check it out. The staff were all incredibly hospitable. Special shout outs to the owner Vinny & his wife Ali. Hope was a fantastic bartender. They were super chill and made for great conversation. The Oakley special pizza was delicious (especially with hot honey added on). Parking is tricky since there are only about a dozen spots in front of the restaurant, but many park along the main road. I can see why this spot holds such a special place in the hearts of the locals. Keep up the great work guys!

Delicious white pizza- with garlic and pesto! We are regular customers, but have not been back since the new owners took over & did some interior renovation. Pleased to report that the food was (still) delicious, and the atmosphere is still relaxing- just more natural light and lighter color natural wood paneling instead of honey-colored.

Disappointing Experience Despite a Few Highlights
I came in to try the wood-fired pizzas and ended up ordering more than planned. I started with the Margherita pizza, expecting a classic combo of tomato sauce, fresh mozzarella, and basil. Being from Long Island, I found it strange that they used raw tomato slices on top as if I ordered a pizza with tomato as a topping. While the crust was nicely done, the rest of the pizza was bland and didn’t suit my taste.
On the bright side, the boneless buffalo wings were a hit—perfectly spicy and paired really well with the bleu cheese sauce. The shrimp tempura was also great: light, crispy, and flavorful. I had a beer that tasted like a mix of apple cider and beer (can’t recall the name), but it complemented the wings nicely.
One major issue was the service around my cheeseburger order. I asked for cheddar cheese, expecting the usual yellow cheddar, but received white cheddar instead. When I asked about it, another server stepped in with a really unprofessional attitude, insisting over and over that it “tastes the same” rather than just answering a simple yes or no to whether they had yellow cheddar. My original server eventually came back and echoed the same dismissive tone after hearing the story from the other girl. I felt like just sending the burger back and paying for it out of frustration.
I ended up keeping it, gave half to my spouse, took one bite, and regretted not giving her the whole thing. The burger was underseasoned and just not enjoyable. I ended up tossing what was left.
The view of the mountains from the window was a nice touch, and the atmosphere overall was pleasant—but food consistency and staff attitude (from certain people) really need work. I won’t be returning, but I still left a tip.

between the live music on weekends, and the lovely staff and atmosphere, oakleys has been my go to all summer long ! the new owners are so lovely, very hands on in the restaurant as well! my sons favorite is the pepperoni pizza, my go to is a classic chicken caesar salad or the chicken marsala. this past weekend, I tried the filet mignon and omg it was so good!!!! i’ve never had a bad meal from here and with the updated dining space and vibe, i’m really looking forward to continue our weekend traditions up to oakleys !!

We ordered sweet potato fries, but both times they came out completely burnt and black. We ordered twice, and both times were the same. Other tables got fries that looked golden and crispy, so we’re not sure why ours were so overcooked. It really didn’t meet the usual standard of the restaurant.

What a terrific eatery! They are close to Belleayre mountain, and we were in the area skiing so we decided to stop in. The place was very busy but we were seated quickly, and the service was wonderful especially considering they were short staffed due to the holiday weekend (when we were there). We still received our orders quickly, our waitress was just lovely, and the food was delicious! We had a combination of the pizza for our table, plus soup – the lobster bisque and French onion soup were delicious, and pasta plus a hamburger for our kids. Nothing disappointed and in fact everything was very good especially the pizza! We will definitely stop in when we’re in the area again!!

Very disappointed with this place. They completely missed my order, and when the food finally arrived, the portions were tiny for the price. The taste was bland, honestly worse than something you’d get from a grocery store deli. Definitely not worth the money or the wait. I won’t be coming back.

Very cute restaurant right on the side of the road. We got 2 wood fire pizzas. Hawaiian and meat lovers. Both were fantastic. A lot of toppings and you could taste the smokiness from the fire. A lot of seating inside and out. My only complaint was there wasn’t a lot of parking and for being right on the side of a busy road made it a bit hard to maneuver to a spot. But it’s well worth the stop!

Everything we had was delicious! The pizza was perfect, and the chicken tenders and garlic knots were awesome. The garlic knots could’ve used a bit more garlic, though. If the weather’s nice, definitely sit outside – the view is great!
