Food is good. Service is with an “attitude”.
I am celiac. I’m at a hospital cafe and had to go through four people to ask if red beans had gluten. Nothing marked for allergens. Nothing even identified at all. You had to guess. The attitude when I asked was like I was the biggest bother in the world.

The catfish was so tough that it could have been used as a substitute for a stress ball, the greens were oversalted enough to induce a cardiac arrhythmia, and the corn muffin was like it was glued together with Dermabond. I would have given service two stars if they had warned me.

Horrible experience. Staff is very very rude and expect you to just know what your doing. They never helped, never asked if I needed help. No one said a thing. I finally figured it out after walking in circles for 15mins and then I finally get a burger and It was the worst burger I have had. Someone is better off going to the gas station and getting something to pop in the microwave! Never will I go back into there! I wish I could give negative stars!

Absolutely the worst staff. As a patient at the hospital, the last thing I needed was to never get my food order on time or anywhere close to accurate and edible. You would think i was the first and only pescatarian eater they had come across. How hard is it to substitute vegetables instead of meat? Well apparently it’s rocket science to the moronic staff

Love the food here. The nachos and tacos are very good. The rice, mashed potatoes, and cheese grits are very good. For dessert the peach cobbler and bread pudding are very good. The workers are very friendly and helpful.

The Two Young Ladies working the Line and Register were awesome , they were very nice, greated me with a smile and kind word, the food was good and selection of grab m go food & drinks were well stocked… Thank you from someone that spends a lot of time in hospitals( Terminal Stage 4 Lung Cancer and Bone Cancer in my Spine) , Thank you Ladies for making my stay more Bearable…
