The sanitation here is gross, they don’t use gloves nor did I see any of the girls wash their hands at all and especially after handling cash or touching their face. Kinda a bummer for an ice cream shop. Hopefully things will be more sanitary now this place is called Gi Gi’s now

I’ve lived on West shore road for about 2 years now. And I just tried dear hearts for the first time, I found the service to be excellent. Even though they are a younger generation, they were very personable and very nice. I ordered a lemonade. I thought it was pretty good. It could have been mixed up a little bit, but that’s okay. It’s still tasted good and it was definitely worth the money. It’s a nice little place to go if you want to treat. Will definitely be returning

Went here last night as we are local in the neighborhood. Always have a great experience here except for last night. I took my family here which is made up of 5 people. The ice cream was extremely affordable and delicious however the server we had didn’t seem happy with having to make our items. I still gave a $6 tip to hopefully change the tone for the rest of the night for the other patrons. Will return as I think this was just an isolated incident or someone just having a bad day.

They’ve got loads of choices and the entire group was happy with their orders. I for sure recommend swgining in for ice cream here.

They have the best CAMPFIRE ice cream it’s better then Nana’s 10 out of 10 it’s my favorite and I get it everytime I go . The girls are friendly and helpful if you can decide and they always make you feel welcomed.

There was a line of about 6, an employee made half of us go to the side line where there was a customer already placing an allergy safe order. I completely understand food allergies, but we should not have been placed in that line. They should have taken care of the customer then started pulling people to the side line. I waited 20minutes and still was waiting on this customer, while the line we were pulled out of was moving. I left and never was able to place an order.

My family and I love this place, we have never had an issue here. The have a big variety and offer more soft serve flavors than anywhere I can think of. We have enjoyed everything we have tried. The service is really good too. It’s ice cream and it’s ice cream done right so ignore the bad reviews and stop by because it’s totally worth it
