I only went through the drive through. I sat at the window for two minutes looking at my order in a sack at the window while folks appeared to be doing other things besides customer service at the window. When I received my tea with my order there with no straw. I asked for a straw and was told they were out of straws. The sausage, egg and cheese biscuit was below average for any other Bojangles I’ve been too.

I’m not impressed at all… waited 15 minutes for chicken, at a place that is so proud of their chicken you would think they would have it available. This is NOT THE first time this has happened. After waiting for the chicken, the order was not right, and I had tried to correct this with the order taker. She said she would let them know. I went in the store after waiting 15 minutes already, and the cashier was in the parking lot talking to her husband or boyfriend, not sure which. Had to wait for her to come in. I needed mashed potatoes and gravey. Instead of making them, she waited on her boyfriend instead…. I could go on and on. One time at lunch, I waited in line, inside for 40 minutes…

The workers were rude, the food was terrible and the chicken was so dry it was crispy. The rice was dry and the beans were the only thing edible. This was the worst Bojangles ever and I have never had a bad experience at a Bojangles, I will never stop here again.

A friend had a death in the family so I tried to order a chicken family dinner online several times so I could pick it up and deliver it. Come to find out they don’t do online orders. So at four PM I stopped by to order the chicken. Immediately I was told it would be at least thirty minutes. I ordered anyway. In about fifteen minutes I was brought a box and after checking only half the chicken was there. I had to go back in and then wait again for the rest of the dinner. The manager was very unprofessional and sarcastic. I’m done, it’s not that far to KFC.

Waited in line for over 15 mins to get to a window and no one there. Waited few more minutes and finally got rang up. Get my food and no biscuit. Go inside just for them to tell me that don’t have any and would be another ten minute wait. Why couldn’t you tell me that at the window or substitute for something else. My tenders were more like nuggets in size and EVERYTHING was cold.

This was rhe worse Bojangles I have ever eaten at The chicken supremes were burnt and the fries were burnt. The biscuits were hard as a rock. The cook was cooking one pan of chicken at a time with several people waiting. Most of the workers walking around clueless or on a cell phone I hope the manager reads this review A very disatisfied customer .

Very clean restroom. Cashier was very friendly neat and clean. Lobby was clean. Food was very fresh hot and tasty. Quick service! Great job! (Jyst fyi i am a general manager of a different brand fast food restaurant so i know what im looking at. Kudos to the management and staff)

Went to drive through! Ordered 1 Supreme Dinner , 1 picnic size mashed potatoes, 1 dirty rice and 1 Cajun filet Club!. Got home the bag had the mashed potatoes and Cajun filet club only! Wow
