As a Native New Yorker, I say without reservation it doesn’t get any better than this… The Bagels are delicious. The ingredients are always fresh. They have an interesting selection of cream cheeses. The service is excellent, and everyone there is warm and friendly. I “very highly recommend” the Pastrami and love the breakfast sandwiches. Best you’ll find outside of Brooklyn, NY.

I’ve been coming to New York Bagel and Deli for years, and it never disappoints. Their bagels are truly authentic, and the hot pastrami sandwich is one of the best around. The bagels are fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made every time. The whole place always smells amazing, and the staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. Even when they’re busy, the wait is never long, and you always get exactly what you’re looking for. If you love real NYC style bagels and classic deli sandwiches, this place is a must-try. Highly recommend!

The food here is pretty good and the staff is friendly. I grew up on Long Island so I don’t really consider this to be an “authentic” New York bagel place. I wish they used fresh eggs instead of frozen fully cooked eggs. They automatically put only one egg on a sandwich, which is not enough in my opinion. I think this restaurant is good if you just want to order a bagel with cream cheese and some coffee.

They are NOT lying when they say they have NY bagels! Honestly the best bagels! I got my Bacon Egg and cheese bagel and my boyfriend got the Bronx bomber which is the pastrami with onions and cheese! Both were amazing! The bacon egg and cheese was in a plain bagel and the bagel was airy and taste just like a New York bagel and the pastrami was soft and the onions were perfectly caramelized! And his everything bagel was absolutely finger-licking delicious! The staff was so friendly and nice! The owner takes pride in her shop and it shows because again the bagels are top tier here! We were served by Lexi who was super attentive and sweet and made me a delicious iced latte. There are not enough stars for this place it is truly a hidden gem! The bagels are BOMB DOT COM!I will be back again

This fast food restaurant is located in the corner of the Village Shops at Bellalago. The inside is exactly the same as when Subway was there. There were two employees, but only one was making sandwiches. She was friendly, but frazzled from the amount of takeout order she was making. She did apologize for the delay, but I felt like I was adding to her anxiety and almost left. I ordered the Manhattan cheesesteak. It was absolutely delicious and the bagel was soft. They do give a discount for paying cash

We have been coming to NY Bagels for quite a while and we are always greeted immediately at the door with a smile. Everyone here makes everything with love. They are always friendly, caring and make the best food! Their memory is exceptional at remembering there regulars and what they get. On days when my husband and I have a little free time we know exactly where we are going to eat for breakfast.

My boyfriend woke up with a strong craving for bagels, it was quite late in the day when we ended up leaving the house so most breakfast places were already closed. We drove 35 minutes from home just to try this location, as soon as we arrived we were greeted by the friendly owner. It was just her working as we arrived about 40 minutes before close. Someone on here said that this location was an old subway location that was remodeled and after I read it I couldn’t unsee it which I thought was quite funny but to me it gave the traditional New York bodega bagel shop feel. I ordered a Avocado BLT Bagel and my boyfriend ordered a bagel with cream cheese, the owner said that they have run out of lettuce and her employee had just run to the grocery store to get more things, she was very apologetic and helped offer other substitutes for the inconvenience (it was not an inconvenience, it was 30 minutes before they closed literally get over it) I got an egg instead and was not charged the extra fee it would usually be. We got two coffees and sat and enjoyed them as the owner prepared our food as it is made to order! You can tell this owner takes a lot of pride in her business and as a customer that’s one of my favorite things to see. Her worker ended up coming back from the store so that’s why you see lettuce on the photos attached, amazing! Our food was amazing and as a native New Yorker myself it brought me right back to my little neighborhood in the Bronx and I was very happy. To the owner who treated us with so much kindness and compassion, thank you! And I wish her nothing but the best and I hope her business continues to grow and flourish. We will be back.
