Depends on who is bartending, can be either a very expensive ot cheep place to drink and hang out. The DJ Chris is amazing! Always plays a great mix on the weekends. Food is pretty good, but could be better. Great place to hang with friends.

Real talk, if you’re not from the Harbor you should probably go somewhere else. But I am loyally devoted to the NWP, because it’s trashy. I love trashy bars, especially this one. Great beer garden, strong drinks, and sometimes theres a DJ. Sometimes its so crowded you have to be aggressive to get near the bar. Sometimes its completely dead with plenty of open pool tables & can sit at the bar & drink your heart out. Pre-covid this place was poppin but post covid NWP is having a hard time picking back up (because now all the usual weekend crowd got knocked up during covid & now cant go out all the time… including myself). Sherrie is an amazing bartender and probably the best thing about the place. If you’re reading this because you’re visiting the beach on a family vacation & the chances of you winning in a fist fight are very slim you might wanna go somewhere else & should probably get out of South Side in general.

Small town bar. A lot of regulars. Don’t expect a lot of conversation if your not a regular or know someone who is! lol. Very reasonable priced drafts and drinks. They do serve quite a selection of food also.

I’ve been going here forever, never a problem. UNTIL Recently. Took a family friend there for his 21st and was there 1.5 hours. Had a $45 bill. Just got my statement and THE NEW BARTENDER CHARGED ME $115! 2.5 times what my bill was.

Like most people around the harbor, I have heard the stories about how bad the Passage is. I have been there twice now and I’ve been pleasantly surprised and impressed with the people who work there and the customers who I’ve met. My only issue is the cost of the drinks but it’s something I can overlook because of the friendliness of the bartender. I say forget about what others say about this place and give it a try and make up your own mind about it.

I’ve always loved the passage! It’s a fun place to grab a drink and hangout! The bartenders are awesome, especially Sonny – love him! The food is typical bar fare but hits the spot if you’re hungry. The overall atmosphere & vibe is pretty entertaining! Great people-watching! 😉

Divey and run down but the drinks are cheap even for Aberdeen. Good size bar with pool tables, a dance floor and a beer garden out back. Poker during the week and a DJ playing club music on the weekends. Very rough around the edges. It can be fun, but I wouldn’t leave anything laying around unattended for any amount of time.

This bar is the spot on the weekend where everyone goes to dance and surpass the tipsy point. The place is a bit grungy but it’s cheap. It’s more of a local hangout and doesn’t attract a lot of tourists.
