This was a bright and charming place! I got to meet the owner and felt like I met a friend. The young lady who took my order was also friendly and patiently explained menu items to me. The food was unbelievably delicious. I wanted to try something new and it blew my mind. I don’t remember the name of it but was a flaky pastry with fig jam and goat cheese omg… if I lived nearby I would be here all the time!

honestly best coffee shop/cafe in dayton area. best lattes. always pays attention to details like making sure small things are correct on take out orders. owners make sure staff are trained well. sandwiches always comes with oranges. feels like you are in Europe. very classy place.

My favorite place to grab a coffee and breakfast to-go when I’m out in the morning, or for brunch with family. Everything I’ve had here has been delicious, and the presentation is incredible; for a café that is the same price as eating microwaved Panera Bread fare, I am amazed at the consistent quality.

I visited for the first time today and immediately had to write a review. I came in with my kids and husband and we were welcomed. They went above and beyond for my kids by making them some scrambled eggs! It was so kind and wonderful to have the staff care so much about making the experience wonderful for my toddlers! The food was absolutely delicious. I love quiche and the ham and cheddar didn’t disappoint. It was served hot and savory. The drink and flavor selection is wonderful. There is something for everyone. I had the Lavender Blossom latte iced and it was absolutely perfect. It was light without being too sweet. I’m just over the moon excited about how wonderful my family was treated here. Went to Nutmeg back in summer 2021. From my memory, it was a good experience but nothing to write home about. However, after going last Sunday, I can happily announce that my viewpoint has changed for the better! Our server was super kind and helpful on seasonal drink selections. I ordered the oatmilk honey latte. Meanwhile, my grandma ordered the pumpkin pie latte. On the lunch side of things, I ordered the caprese. The food and drinks were absolutely scrumptious! Will be going back.

Dropped my mom off at Southview for therapy, and got to enjoy my time waiting at this quaint coffee spot. Went in two different days, and got the broccoli cheddar quiche. Which was fantastic. Also was there for a bit, and tried a parfait, and that too, was fantastic.

This place is unimaginably awesome. Hubby and I have decided to add it to our Sunday routine! The food is soo good and worth the money. The coffee is ALWAYS amazing no matter the flavor.
