During summer 2022, we offer both indoor and outdoor dining, serving our dinner menu Tuesday through Saturday starting at 4pm. We are happy to accommodate large groups in our regular dining room and also through private functions. Please call well in advance for large group availability. This was our first visit to Nuovo on Shrewsbury St. First, I want to apologize for not getting pictures before we took a few bites. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. I ordered the Chicken Milanese (chicken, sausage, roasted red peppers), and my husband got the Pasta Polpette (meatballs and pasta). Caesar salads were very tasty as well. For dessert, he got the blueberry crisp, and I got the molten chocolate cake. Service was wonderful. The restaurant atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and clean.

Would definitely recommend for dinner! Service was friendly and quick. The hostess was also very kind and went out of her way to make room for us on a busy Saturday night. All of the food was fresh and well prepared, but I would most highly recommend the Burrata with their house bread, as an appetizer, and the Lobster Mac & Cheese, as an entrée.

I’ll just say this was a perfect experience! My partner and I came to celebrate our first anniversary together and I’ve been blown away by amazing service and food! Our server Matt was awesome and very accommodating! We started with the most delicious Bruschetta and Dijon Mussels! My Cioppino was incredible and to end a wonderful meal we got the Exotic Bomba! The restaurant even sent us complimentary champagne so we could toast! Thank you Nuovo for an amazing experience, we shall be back!

We celebrated a college graduation dinner here and everything went smoothly. We couldn’t be happier. We were able to reserve our table back in February for the event and the followup was excellent. We had someone with a scooter and made sure our table could accommodate them easily.

Came here to celebrate our daughter’s college graduation. The food was excellent. Everyone loved their meals even the picky ones! However, what made the meal was the service! Our waiter, who I think said to call him “T” was superb. She is starting grad school and will finish that next year and we will be back there to celebrate again! Loved the whole experience. We had a baby shower here on Saturday . Absolutely perfect the owner and staff were so attentive to everyone the buffet was excellent. Chicken piccata and salmon was absolutely delicious beautiful buffet. I can’t say enough about how delicious everything was. We will definitely be back.

Big yikes!!!! Place had great reviews, apps were decent. Then I ordered chicken parm – BIG MISTAKE. I was served 2 frozen McChicken pattys. Not even real chicken meat!!! I am not sure if they ran out of chicken or what the actual real story is here but they charge $26 for 2 $1 chicken pattys with lunchable sauce and string cheese. BRUTAL. It’s tough cause it’s a nice spot inside but DO NOT ORDER THE CHICKEN!!!

Food and staff are amazing! Great drinks from the bar too! Family owned and operated makes it even more excellent. They have an awesome event space upstairs as well. We’re having our wedding reception there in June and couldn’t be happier with the service Loretta has giving us thus far.

This places prices are ridiculous and the portions are pathetic. We ordered the baked brie and fig appetizer. It came with 2 small pieces of toast. We were a party of 3 – awkward! We ran out of toast and had nothing to finish the Brie we paid too much for. Also, be prepared – there is no complimentary bread here. Dinner rolls are .50 a pop. Won’t be going back until I win the lottery.
