So the food is just like any other KFC. The main differences and issues this location (Rt 60) has is the staff & order wait times. I doordash as well as have personally ordered from here. Sadly, it’s the only location close by in Barboursville. There’s been several times they won’t have some particular piece of chicken or have only original or crispy. No matter what you order, be prepared to always wait extra time for your order. The manager on evenings only has one gear he operates in, which is SLOW. So the rest of the employees must follow his lead, as doesn’t seem anyone gets in a hurry. I personally feel the staff needs either a retraining or replacement. It’s frustrating.

Disappointed. Food quality was not great. The chicken was dry. Not much flavor. The sides were also just average. Customer service was below par. Either the crew there hates their jobs because they never smile or make eye contact, or they would just talk loudly to other crew members about people in their family that got on their nerves. I couldn’t wait to just collect my food and leave. Probably will not return to this restaurant.

I waited almost an hour for my food. I went in thinking it would be quicker than the drive thru because the line was long and boy was I wrong!!! The team working was so dysfunctional and could not work together as a team. The manager definitely did not have control and it was a hot mess. The only plus was they made my wings fresh. Horrible service!

The car at the front of the drive thru line sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before their order got taken. It ended up taking over 20 minutes for them to serve the three cars that were in the drive thru. I probably will not return to this location due to the poor service.

They always forget to give me my whole order. I just left there and they didn’t give me my chicken bowl. The last time before this, they left out my chicken little sandwich. I pay for this and never get it.

The line was at least 10 cars from the window. It seemed as if when they took the order they only worked on that order til the window. It took me 30+ minutes to get to the window. Other than that the food was great, all was there and sorted in to the bags neatly. They apparently dont carry plain BBQ sauce. The dinning room could use a sweep but still clean. The time before that I dinned in and the place was place was clean and the cashiers were friendly.
