When you hear the door bell because someone is entering, you should really take the time to find out what it is that they are there for! Stood at the counter for 15 minutes and NOTHING. Had to yell hello to get any kind of attention. Meanwhile, the pizza cutter guy with NO beard guard on (health code violation), had to come from the back to get my food out of the warmer (that was there from the moment I walked in) Do better!!!

My host was awesome, they where pretty quick at making my order.. The hand toss was great. But the thin crust man, That was like chewing cardboard with like dried sauce on it. PIZZA HUT Should stop selling or even offering this. Might as well had just dipped the box in sauce and ate that.

Ordered and paid for extra cheese, didn’t get it. Pizza only had sauce on about 1/3 of it leaving the pizza extremely overdone. On top of all that the pineapple was sour instead of sweet. Just an absolutely terrible pizza. A small child could have made a better one.

I ordered a pizza at this location for pick up I was greeted so rudely by this blonde brownish haired lady with glasses named heather. After this I won’t come back here never again. When picking up my order I asked her for napkins and Parmesan cheese she then flat out ignores me after I asked nicely i wasn’t rude at all just wanted a couple of items with my pizza. This is my last time coming here after being treated this way by that lady

Great pizza fresh great taste made perfect. This pizza hut is my favorite in Apopka. The restrooms are very clean. Dining room was nice and bright and very clean. Sadly thanks to Covid the buffet is gone. I remember going here when my dad managed it in the early 80s. Keep up the great work he would be proud his pizza hut is still making it great. Nice friendly staff very clean restaurant. And the hottest pizza I’ve had in years. I drove 45 minutes just to visit this location. Great job

Ordered two pizzas online from this store and picked it up. I went home and my family took some slices. Come to find out the pizza had no sauce on it tasted like cardboard. Immediately went back to the store with the pizza to have them remade. The manager told me that I needed to “specifically ask for extra sauce”. And that she couldn’t remake one of pizzas because 3 slices were eaten. My guess is she thought I was trying to get a free pizza. When I told her the situation she said “we should have realized there was no sauce”. HOW CAN WE KNOW THAT WITHOUT TASTING IT! Completely ruined my night.

I had the pleasure of walking in to place an order where I met Michael. He was super friendly and helped me decide on two pizzas I couldn’t pick between. He knew the menu like the back of his hand and honestly, the pizza when handed to me, looked like the best pizza from a Pizza Hut or local chain I have ever seen. I will gladly come back to this Hut as long as Michael is holding down the fort and making them pies!

Well Pizza Hit is going down hill unfortunately. After last 3 deliveries. Im highly unsatisfied with the quality.
Pizza is either under cooked or burnt. Bread Sticks are greasy. Any extra items like sauces 2 times now not delivered. This time Pepsi 2 liter not delivered again no sauce we ordered .Had to notify them , finally got rest of order. Our dedication to the Hut is in jeopardy.
