Delicious Sushi with nice touches. The tempura asparagus is lightly battered and adds a slightly crunchy texture. The “spicy mayo” is vegan and different than others. Just wish it wasn’t $3 extra for a side of it, which was just enough for 1 roll.

So we’re to begin. The host was awesome and are server was nice and sweet but the over all service provided wasn’t worth the 5 stars but hey I get it new place new vibes and a new menu. But something was lacking. Food was not to are liking was lacking the traditional Japanese flavor. California rolls totally wasn’t to my son liking and he loves California rolls. My plate of spicy tuna roll had a nasty taste to it not sure what it was if it was the fish or not but definitely not getting tht again. The teriyaki chicken definitely an inquiry taste. Not your traditional teriyaki sauce. Over all idk what to think about dinning again here but definitely not your traditional Japanese cuisine.

I love this place!!! They have fun spins on sushi, a nice casual vibe and really quality food. I personally think it is the best sushi restaurant in town. I have had uncomfortable experiences at the other sushi restaurants in Nevada city acting as though my partner and I or friends of ours are unwelcome because we look more casual and younger then the normal crowd there. Sushi At Nourish is nothing but welcoming with wonderful staff, good food and happy customers. If you haven’t gone you gotta try it!

My husband and I are vegan and while we have visited NC many times we never had been to Nourish. Wow!!! What a pleasant surprise! It was fresh, lovely to look at and delicious! One of the rolls was wrapped in thinly sliced lemon and it was so delightful and unique! They were very mindful of Covid “rules” too. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town!
