We ordered pickup last night. I asked for 2 Texan hand rolls and to use seaweed instead of soy paper. She repeated the whole order back to me and it was correct, she included the sub. When I got home and opened everything, the hand rolls were made with soy paper instead of seaweed. We called the restaurant and spoke to Nick. He said that since they were about to close, they couldn’t re-make them or refund me. He said I could just throw them away. I asked him several times if that was really his only response – he said they could give me a free seaweed salad. 2 hand rolls are about $20, a seaweed salad is less than $5. And I don’t even like seaweed salad. I’m a regular and come in 2-3 times every month. They always make the rolls with seaweed when I ask. I felt it was fair to offer me a refund or to make them correctly at no cost the next time I come by, since it will be soon enough. Nick refused. It was one of the strangest (and worst) customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

This new location is the McDonald’s version of what it use to be. Low quality food, subpar service, we’ve been coming to Nori for six years at the previous location, and the atmosphere is totally different. This is our second time here, at the new location we wanted to give it another try and it failed to meet our expectation again. Smaller portions but higher prices. Sorry to say this was certainly our last time here.

So sad. Came to the soft opening and they did not allow my service animal, not even in the patio. I never give a negative review, but places like this that don’t even try to meet customers needs need a negative review. Room for improvement NORI.

Came here on a whim while driving through the area. I can’t say I’m very impressed, however the food wasn’t bad. This is good sushi. I will say, the customer service was on point though. Constantly refilling waters, checking in, and offering recommendations. If you’re in the area, you can’t go wrong. Will come again!

Came in for a quick lunch.. they were packed at noon. Had the salmon lunch special that comes with miso soup, salad, tempura veggies, and your choice of rice (white, black, or fried rice). I originally got the Wasabi sauce on the side which I’m glad I did because it had very little flavor, tasted like corn starch which I guess is used to thicken the sauce. I asked for teriyaki sauce and it was much better to dip. Lots of food, I had leftovers to take home.

I enjoyed the hanging ornaments in the bar area. I thought that was creative and cute. The service is pretty dry. I didn’t feel very welcomed but the food was pretty good. I liked the dumplings so much I went back and got more a few days later. All and all a pretty good place but not very friendly.

Wanted to grab sushi in the area and found this swanky spot. Very friendly staff. Great sushi taste. Excellent sake selection and they let me watch football! This place is chill. Great for a date spot

Ugh.. who waters down soy sauce?? like seriously? the edemame had no flavor whatsoever, they didnt even bother to add salt. The roll was ok if it was 8 bucks, not 15! The worst sushi place I have been in years!

I moved a few years ago from Houston and recently moved back to find Nori still here. I came on a Saturday night and no wait, it was so nice and the staff greeted me right away. I ordered their Shrimp fried rice which is AMAZING, and you must try their Spartan roll it’s so good. The customer service is impeccable and I will be back!
