We had a great experience at the Nordstrom restaurant. Our son ordered the kids’ penne chicken Alfredo and cleaned his plate, always a win. The Alfredo was creamy, comforting, and kid-approved. I had the crab bisque, which was rich, smooth, and full of flavor without being too heavy. My husband chose the French onion soup, and it was perfectly savory with a generous amount of melted cheese. We also shared the simple salad, which was fresh, crisp, and a nice balance to the soups. Overall, everything was well-prepared and satisfying, an easy, reliable spot for a casual, quality meal.

It’s a small restaurant on the lower level of Nordstrom’s straight off the escalator. The hostess brought me to the absolute worst spot in the restaurant. Being a single guest I suppose they want to keep the larger tables for bigger groups. I was seated in the far back corner of the restaurant right next to the emergency exit directly behind where the servers place their orders. Note to any single diners, ask to sit at the front counter bar-like seating where you can at least feel part of the atmosphere and can watch them cook if you like which would have been pretty neat seeing the dishes come together. Sitting where I was, was awful and awkward and made the chances of returning slim. The food was good and very flavorful. The waiter I had was great. He made sure to check on me and was very kind and helpful. I guess the positive thing about sitting directly behind where the servers station is, is that you don’t get easily forgotten. The wait time for my food was minimal. 5 stars for the waiter.

I came in on 2/6, I was greeted and welcomed by a nice lady Kay who gave me some great recommendations on food since this was my first time visiting. My server Lisa was awesome and the expresso martini she made was great was the highlight, however I must say the manager looked like very grungy like a mechanic with slicked back hair in a hat and a mechanic shirt running around sweeping while people were eating.
What was the deal breaker for me was when the manager threw out 2 LGBQTQ+ for enjoying time dining out. The manager doesn’t seem to support the LGBTQ+ community, and will likely make you leave!!! FIRST TIME AND LAST TIME

As a frequent Nordstrom Green Hills shopper, I must say I’ve never tried Nordstrom Grill until today. Walking in Kay welcomed me in, and insisted that I try the Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a Cesar Salad.
I couldn’t decide what drink to order and Sarah said she had the perfect drink an Amelia, she knows her drinks and was a joy to talk to. The food came out in no time, and Chef George personally stopped by to make sure I enjoyed everything. I will be back on my next shopping trip and bring a friend. This is a Nashville Hidden Gem.

For entrees that average over $20 each, you would expect much better service. We were seated and then had to wait 10 minutes for a server to come to the table. We almost had to get up and flag someone to come over. I ordered salmon with my salad- got overcooked chicken instead. My husband ordered the crab bisque and got tomato soup. No apologies from the wait staff. The meals were also very small for the price tag. What a disappointing experience. I wish Nordstrom would go back to how they were in the 80s and 90s. This restaurant is emblematic of the overall decline of the stores.

Although I have eaten at this establishment prior, and it was wonderful plates are a little bit small, but the food is amazing, but with that being said I will not be returning the The young lady that greets you at the door (daytime)is very rude and very unprofessional. I feel that I was treated like this because I walked in not looking not so put together (working outdoor job at the moment) she proceed to take care of another customer that walked in two minutes after I did and not addressing my order. I work hard for my money three jobs. I would not spend another penny at this establishment.

Good food short wait but the black lady who took my order wasn’t very personable! A smile goes along way! My order was ready and I was standing there and she kept filling other orders! Then she asked me again what drink I ordered. She was very unorganized!

I normally love coming to any of the cafe’s at Nordstrom. But I found out you all use canola oil and this highly disappointed by this. Coming from a place like Nordstrom you would think you use only top quality ingredients.

I really like the calm vibe from the restaurant. I was not a fan of the chicken meatball with the gnocchi. It would have been better with more cheese and beef. The crab bisque was awesome!
