I went for the first time today and ordered an iced coffee with half and half. When I got my order, it did not look the right color. When I tasted it all, it tasted like half and half with almost no coffee. I mentioned this doesn’t look right, and they said you ordered an ice latte with half and half. I said no, I ordered an ice coffee with half and half. They said we don’t sell ice coffee, so we gave you an iced latte. I said that’s not what I ordered and do not want an iced latte. I asked it be replaced for something else because I didn’t order this. They said they can’t replace it and that I would need to order and pay for a new drink. I feel I shouldn’t have to pay to get it replaced when it wasn’t what I ordered. I simply threw out the drink I never ordered and got a cold brew instead. The cold brew wasn’t great either, but instead of providing any kind of support to this situation, they drew an angry cat on my drink. I will not be back due to the poor service.

Although this is my first review of the establishment, it is not my first time eating here. I order tea,breakfast food, or hot cocoa. My experience is always the same. They provide a clean establishment; the menu is not overpriced, and the staff are very professional. The wait time is average. I luck up because it is never crowded when I order. UPDATE:Over the course of a few months I’ve noticed a decline in the quality of service and food. I’m not one who complains about a lot but my past few visits were below average. There’s always a mix-up with my order. Today I waited for over 20 minutes for a “wrap”. A large group walked in about ten minutes after I did and the party of seven received their order before I did. I had to address it with an employee (I’m guessing shift manager) and he claimed that my wrap was being pressed, there was no apology for the inconvenience. I waited for six more minutes before I requested for a full refund in which was honored. The fact that it was a mistake on their end is fine but you see me sitting in the dining area as a single guest, it should have dawned other staff that my order had not been made yet. This is my confirmation to not patronize this business because my last three experiences have been below average.

This Cafe is located in Downtown right off the 215 fwy off “D” exit. It can be a bit difficult to find parking on their side as it’s always almost taken but there’s a parking lot beside them with a crosswalk which is convenient. La Gare has a full menu but I have just tried their coffee. Today I had a 12oz hot Soy Latte with a pump of vanilla, Yummy! I’ve been here a few times and have always experienced great service…staff is super nice, makes one feel welcomed and happy to be there. This place is always clean, peaceful and their food looks very appetizing.

I have been a customer here multiple times, however today I made an order for dine in and when my plate arrived it was the wrong order. I immediately returned the food back untouched and asked them to make what I actually ordered. They refused to make the order and said I would have to pay for it again because the restaurant will lose money. They also denied a refund so I paid for two plates and left the cafe with only one losing money for their mistake. This to me represents very poor customer service and I will not be returning.

Service is always fast! Something all Californians can appreciate, even when there seems to be a lot of people, still reasonably quick. I tell everyone about this place. There’s too many great things to say about the coffee, the food, the atmosphere. Their poblano burger is one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!!! Everything on the menu is delicious and satisfying! But my favorite is their lattes, always pulled perfectly. I can’t ever get enough of their lavender iced lattes breve. They’re the only ones in the area that can give you TRUE delicious coffee options. I’m so grateful they exist in my tiny hometown. I miss living in downtown just two blocks from the cafe but I’m moving back to the old side and looking forward to having a shorter drive here they’re closed on Sunday and I can respect that, but man do I wish I could have a Sunday coffee and breakfast here!!! So we take advantage on Saturdays. Love this cafe so much

Very good place in Perris CA, on of the best coffees that i have tasted. Big portions, i took quesadilla and portion was way to big for me. Variety of different food, fast service, stable Wi-Fi. You can buy tea or coffee in beans and make it at home

So after years of passing by this Cafe, I finally decided that it would be a good time to try it out. Once inside, it is very clean and eye catching with the nice aroma of coffee. Their menu is big and has many choices but they do not serve burgers before 11:59 a.m. I ended up ordering a citrus mint tea and it was really good with a nice smell of citrus, while I do wish it tasted more like mint, overall I’ll give the tea a solid 4.5 out of 5. Now, on to the wrap, truly disappointing. The wrap lacked flavor and personality, every bite was bland and lacked seasoning. The only seasoning that I could taste was pepper, that’s it, and hardly any. Honestly I was expecting much more since most of the reviews of this Cafe tend to be 4 or 5 stars but at best this Cafe is a good 2 out of 5 stars, and that’s only because the tea was really good. I have heard that the burgers are good, but since I haven’t tried them yet I can’t say for sure.

My Friends and I were told to stop by Cafe and try it . So we did!! Huge disappointment . Flavorless cheap meat. Panini was made with a sandwich roll. Weird tasting plain potato chip. Friends vegetable wrap was soggy and flavorless. Plain lemonade was terrible after taking a couple of sips , I asked if I could have another one , because it was bitter. I never understood why I couldn’t, after being told refills were available. The one point were giving this Cafe is for the nice young lady cashier. Give your Customers quality food! That’s what they’re paying you for. Stinginess is not Excellence
