Good Noodles and Co, nice older building on downtown FoCo, and the staff was very friendly.
Noodles were fresh, and soda machine was fizzy, this is a great spot for a bite when you need one.

This place could have been fantastic but fell.short. counter staff was wonderful (5 stars given for service and 1000% the reason i gave an overall 3 stars they saved the day here), but the cooks and staff can’t do anything when prepackaged sauces were just plain wrong or just almost flavorless.
The stroganoff was horribly strong of garlic and as such ruined the entire dish. The pad Thai was kind of flavorless and the kids Mac and cheese was nothing to write home about. The spicy powder tasted more of paprika than spice
Noodles were appropriate for the dish and very well cooked. I love the select a flavor coke machines.

I placed a mobile order of spaghetti and meatballs at this restaurant at 10:30pm and arrived at 10:43, ran in, grabbed it, then left. When I got to my destination I stirred the pasta and it had almost NO marinara sauce. I understand that it was close to close but that’s why I made sure to tip above 20%. Now I wish I hadn’t because they didn’t even care to open a new bag to give me the proper sauce in a dish that is THREE ITEMS

First time going to this type of “restaurant” and never coming back in my life. Me and my husband ordered our $25 regular size Med Salads and we got it with ZERO pasta. ZERO PASTA IN THE ORDER OF A NODDLE PLACE. When we called them back, Naomi on the phone just told us she can only give us another free salad. We decided to come back immediately and fix the poor service we were given. When confronted in real life, their excuse of not giving any pasta with the order is that they don’t have the right type to begin with. WHY YOU DON’T TELL THIS TO US AT THE TIME AND PLACE? I work 9 hour shifts in guest service and this is how I get treated after my work just because the place happened to be open until 11pm. Fix your guest and food experience, you will not go bankrupt while having a stream of CSU clientele at that location.
This is how much pasta we were given for two regular size bowls. $25 for just sliced greens, originally.

The outlets inside don’t work so you can’t charge anything while working. I brought this up and the girl with the dyed black hair and eyeliner up front just said she doesn’t have time to fix it and there were two customers inside. 3 including me. Please just check your breaker box. You’re literally just seeing which breaker tripped, which does not require an electrician
UPDATE: I gave about 20 minutes to try asking again, but the lady with the dyed black hair and eyeliner decided to just say “I said no and I don’t have time to”. After consulting with the manager, who was very polite, she even tried telling him that they don’t have time and that all the equipment in kitchen can’t just be turned off (clearly not how panels work unless you shut off the main breaker, which is unnecessary and clearly doesn’t understand electricity), she acted like I couldn’t see the order monitor facing the front with 2 orders on it as current. Yeah, real busy huh? Anyway, this is just another case of where customer service is going and will not be coming back here. So if you are hoping to get lunch and give your electronics a booster charge, good luck.

Picked up. It was exactly what we expected, even though it’s been a while since we had Noodles .The staff was friendly, and doing some closing activities, but they made the pick up area obvious and were very kind.

Been eating at this Noodle and Co for 5 years. Has a downstairs and upstairs (summer months) for dining. Never had any problems getting what ordered, and service is usually good. Is it the nicest Noodles and Co I have been in? .. no, but I have no complaints.

This is on the lower end of the fast casual / fast food spectrum for sure. Nothing here tastes like an event.. you just order and get through it. We have gone 3 times i think and if there is nothing else open this is your spot.. go here before taco John’s etc.. I think it improve if companies such as this actually got back to what’s important.. making great tasting food.. you can deal with staff issues… lack of air conditioning or a bad location but people go to restaurants because they want something that they can not easily duplicate at home.. and they want it to taste amazing.. companies think in terms of profit instead of executing a great product. This place is no exception.

I recently visited Noodles & Company, and I had an excellent experience thanks to the outstanding service from Riley. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Not only did he recommend some great menu items, but he also made sure my meal came out exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and I truly appreciated his professionalism and positive attitude. Definitely made my visit more enjoyable! Kudos to Riley for a job well done!
