My husband and I tried this pizza for the first time and loved it. The sauce is a sweet tomato sauce and the crust is authentic New York style. We also got the house salad and were happy with the freshness of the veggies. We will definitely be returning customers.

First time ordering here, I was starving and was craving good authentic pizza. The pizza arrived quick, I paid $18 for a 6 slice pepperoni pizza. It was the worst pizza ever, we didn’t even eat it, we tore the crust off and ate that. The pizza was SO sloppy and wet, we ended up throwing it out. We also ordered 7 wings, those were good & crispy. I’m not sure how you mess up a pizza but I will never ever order here again, straight up dissatisfying and gross.

Pizza sucks !! I’ve tried them 3 times since they change owners and each time they have sucked .. each time hoping it will be better little to no taste on their sauce this time! And last time before that pizza was still frozen under their cheese

Got pizza and knots from here today. Rather disappointed.
First of all, poor customer service. Young dude at the counter had two ear-pods in, mask half down his chin (mask mandate in effect again in AAco). Barely said two words to me and he and the other dudes were yelling to each other across the restaurant the entire time. Okay fine.
The pizzas they had on the counter for order-by-the-slice looked gross. Like sitting there all day gross. Pretty sure I picked my order up a little after noon.
Get home to this (see images). Pizza looked gross, like the cheese was melted but… looked like plastic. Didn’t stay on the pizza at all just sloughed off immediately (poor sauce to cheese ratio). Dough is like rubber. Toppings portion was decent.
Good coverage on most slices.
Garlic knots are smothered in this GROSS “butter” sauce and again are rubbery. Dough is not as bad as the pizza crust rubbery, but still I don’t know why it’s like this. I say butter in quotes because it looks yellowish like butter, maybe kinda resembles the taste of butter, doesn’t solidify like butter when cold, and just again tastes plastic/rubbery fake.
Portions are pretty good and the price is…okay….but considering how gross this place is. I really tried hard to find that second star for them here.

Edit: the review below was left 8 years ago. At that time i left 4 stars. It is now 1 star. The chicken was bad. The pizza was ok…… the place was dirty…. the guys behind the counter are not friendly. It’s a shame….it could be great.

So I do occasionally eat here. Also the owner seems very nice, they have daily specials……so give it a try….you’ll enjoy!

First time we had it and it is legit pizza. Not gonna compare to NYC pizza but it is really good. We are going back. Thin crust, huge slices, quality ingredients. Also had the Italian sub with all the fixins and that was awesome. Again, quality.

If you are looking for affordable ($9 pies on Monday and Tuesday), decent pizza for lunch or for a big together then go here. If you are looking for fantastic pizza to impress your friends, go to Mama Romas. Pizza was burned on bottom and every item was bland and there was no robust flavor to sauce or crust. Garlic rolls were ok…still lacking a softness and flavor. Very nice staff but due to reviews I was disappointed.
