Had a great lunch at Noodles & Company today! The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. I got the spicy teriyaki noodle bowl — full of flavor and just the right amount of heat. We also ordered the buttered noodles with grilled chicken and broccoli, and everything was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and service was fast even during the lunch rush. Definitely a go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal.

Noodles and Company has always been a top favorite place to go, even when im not feeling the greatest. Their Pesto Cavatappi is my go-to and will continue to be. The service was excellent and their communication was on par, they asked me all of the right questions and served with little to no delay. The restaurant is clean, and well maintained and is reasonably priced. No negative marks.

Mac and cheese baby! Like many, Mac and cheese was a staple growing up. And now that I’m grown, it remains an all time favorite dish. Several years back I visited a different location and the food wasn’t so great. That’s how long it has been since I stepped foot in any Noodles location.
Figured why not recently as was not disappointed. Been back twice in 2 weeks.
Ordered the “new and improved” Mac and cheese bowls. Regular size. One was the BBQ and the other buffalo chicken. Both spot on, but I’d say the buffalo was the favorite.
Portions were good. Not great, not reduced. Flavor was great. I did notice initially the dishes were watery, but mixing and letting it sit for a few helped out.
I will say drink prices are way out of the range they should be, for the cans and or bottles. I don’t do fountain ones. Main reason for the 4 stars vs 5. The other is cost, as many discuss. We all know stuff is expensive anymore, and it reflects in tons of reviews all over. Do I feel it was pricey? A tad. But the portion and flavor were good. So I also count the cost as a missing star, but wasn’t as large a factor as the drinks.
As far as how the place looks etc…meh. it’s not interesting nor terrible. Just bland. I’m guessing the science behind that is to get people in and out, but it lacks none the less.
Anyway, I’ll be back for my Mac!!!

This is the second time I’ve been here within the last 4 months.
The first time I came the cashier looked really sick, and the other cashier was really rude to that guy. I ate there and didn’t feel good the next day and the food seemed to be made different than any other noodles I have been to. This time some of the pasta was burnt and some noodles were not capatapi noodles (they weren’t supposed to be in there but they were ). Not the best customer service. Not the best quality of food compared to other noodles and company. Probably won’t go back.

I realize that it’s pretty likely some noodles don’t leave the boiling pot but it’s always a little treat when I order spaghetti cause there’s always a few macaroni in there too!

Every once in a while I end up going back to this Noodles because coworkers want to go and I have no idea why. Previously they just took so long to fulfill orders and added things I asked to remove. But today I went with coworkers, ordered a pad Thai with steak (extra 5 dollars to add). I got back to my office to find out they didn’t add the steak. Because I got a small and wanted the protein I went back. Showed them the receipt, they said I could discard the bowl and they would remake it for me. They instead made me the steak portion I assume because I didnt throw away the bowl. And the vast majority of the steak was chewy and not edible. The fact they didnt remake it so my food was cold, even if I kept the bowl is wild since I drove back from work on my timed lunch break. I received no compensation. So, last straw for me.

Chain restaurant with franchise food. Server was friendly, food is a bit expensive. I got the Pad Thai, without the extra $4.00 of chicken meat. It was 7-8 bites worth of food, for about $8.00. Yes, that’s $1.00 per bite. It.tasted like pad Thai but I’ve had better.

Pretty nice restaurant chain! Expected mediocre good from a franchise, but was proved wrong with the quality of dishes and level of professional customer service! This was my first time here and will definitely be a lifetime customer! Building was exceptionally clean and staff pleasant/patient while waiting for me to decide. Tried buffalo chicken mac, Wisconsin mac, all Asian dishes, and pot stickers! OH OH OH dont forget to grab a cookie!

It’s really disappointing. I placed a online order for pickup. I reached there after 30 minutes. The two ladies at the front were chit chatting until I arrive. After my arrival they start working on my order. And I have to wait almost 20 minutes. And the restaurant is empty zero customers in there. This is not at all acceptable. This was happened on September 6, 2025. Around 5:30 p.m.
