Started off great placed the order online would be ready at 8:10. Forgot all about the time and went in to the store at 8:15. Order not done. Ok 5 more minutes not bad. 8:20, 8:25 finally 8:30. Now all this was happening while 10 orders sat ready to go for people that were not even there for pickup. The seven of us that waited none of this ten orders belong to any of us. Left the store with my food finally great. Oh email came at 8:50 telling me my order was ready . Hungry, only to get home to some uncooked teriyaki chicken, that is advertised as chicken breast, you can clearly see that’s not a breast..and the other plate looks like someone ate most of the rice, and just said here it is. Egg roll was just horrible.Hard as a rock The taste of the chow mein was rubbery, and full of grease, rice was hard. So disappointing, I made a whole u turn to go here, and I wish I would’ve just kept going. Waist of money!

Do you want what’s here or do you want what’s under cooked coming off the grill? I cannot even make a 2nd or 3rd choice on a bigger platter without being forced into just allowing them to just wait until they feel ready. Does some actually own this business or does this place feel as if it’s employee run. This place will fail in the next few years just like the others before them. Just wait for the “fresh” because the server is in a rush to go play on their phones!

The people are very outgoing, very caring, loving, talkative and cherishing, but the cleaning it needs to be more sanitized wipe down by the drinks and the tables and chairs need to be wiped down and swept more but the food and everything was very good and delicious. it’s just they don’t have enough clients to wipe down the tables as the pace scrubs in and out it just needs to be more sanitize, but the food is excellent

I have been to this establishment several times, and have always had a good experience. Tables are kept clean, so far no issues with food, and staff has all been friendly. Honey Fire Orange chicken is back, and boy is it hot!

My hubby ordered takeout for me after my shift ended. (Sorry for the messy pic, my food shifted in the bag.) I asked for String Bean Chicken Breast & Black Pepper Steak with fried rice. Something different, but my food tasted so good!! I got two veggie spring rolls too, but they were eaten before I took the picture!
Inside the restaurant was clean & the staff was very kind & polite! I’m so pleased with the excellent customer service & my delicious food. The price for everything was just over $11 (I had a 20% off new member sign-up reward! ).
Didn’t know there was a Panda Express in Chester! I’ll be back soon!

I watched my food sit for almost ten minutes before they bagged it. I checked in said i was picking up. I sat and waited. Weren’t even busy FOR IT TO BE SITTING! I watched what i order even come out fresh. What’s the point of having a pick up time. When everyone just walks around it doesn’t even bother to put it into a bag. I wouldn’t even be upset. But yall had a total 3 people in your lobby. It’s a joke. I spend almost 40 dollars for it to just sit? It’s crazy. You have the manager staring at while he walks around. I watched four other people get there stuff WHO CAME IN AFTER and they were down the line. It’s a joke. Get a grip.

Frustrating Experience and Poor Communication
I came to this Panda Express after a 13-hour workday hoping for a quick, simple meal, but it turned into a headache. I asked to taste a specific drink, pointed directly to it, and decided to order that one. The cashier gave me a completely different drink, not even the same color, and it was hot.
When I told her it wasn’t the one I asked for, she kept insisting it was the same drink and seemed to have trouble understanding what I meant. I tasted it again and said, “No ma’am, this is not what I tried.” Instead of correcting it, she told me, “You already drank it, so you have to take it.”
It took the manager stepping in just to get it switched out. I understand that language barriers can cause confusion, but the situation could’ve been handled with more patience and professionalism. After a long day, that lack of courtesy was really disappointing.

Spent $60 on our meal. Didn’t receive any meat. Only received rice, egg rolls and cheese rangoons. Thing I’m really mad about is the fact that they couldn’t even send the full meal for a kid’s meal. What a joke.

I only recived half of what i asked for…. I Asked for the 3 entree and 1 side plate … half rice half noodle beef and broc. The shrimp and orange chicken … i recived a two 1/2 scoops of rice the beef and broc. And orange chicken …. the recipt and the food matched, but please verify orders at the wimdow. I even saw the car infront of me recice the wrong order.
