Very consistent quality of fresh ingredients. Their Duo with chicken Pad Thai + Caesar Salad is excellent. On a subsequent visit, I was a bit disappointed with the beef in my Chili Ramen noodles. 2 pieces could not be chewed. I can recommend the chicken. Good presentation. Fresh ingredients. Excellent service & food at the Youngfield street, Wheat Ridge location. Atmosphere? Good. It is fast casual! Atmosphere applies more to a bar or regular sit down restaurant. I feel “Atmosphere” doesn’t apply.

I remember eating Noodles back when I lived in Boulder. It’s been over a decade, but wow—this was not the same place. The food was genuinely bad. I actually looked at my partner and said, “I feel like this is what eating an MRE must be like in the military.”
We ordered the pan noodles with chicken, and I’m not exaggerating—the chicken was sliced thinner than Costco beef jerky. It wasn’t just disappointing, it was kind of sad. You can tell Noodles is one of those brands that used “inflation” as cover to cut portions, cut quality, and charge more for it.

It was good but nothing to write home about. My daughter had the Cajun shrimp pasta and I had the garlic sauce mac and cheese with bacon and crispy onions on top. The Cajun dish was good but a little too much green onion garnish. The mac and cheese dish was Bland and super salty and not enough cheese. I would definitely not get it again. I was surprised because the mac and cheese I used to get at Noodles & Company was very cheesy and good and this did not live up to that.

**Update. Ordered last night and they forgot the protein along with receipt. Came back today to be pleasantly surprised by Tiffany and Kathrine because I didn’t think they were going to do much if they were even allowed to without a receipt, maybe a discount at most. But nope, they apologized and comped a whole new free meal for me. Yet another great experience. They handled the mistake perfectly. Management, you guys currently have a GREAT staff. Make sure they know they are appreciated with some praise and a raise too ***
Tom, Tiffany, Madie, and Delonna we’re super helpful because I have celiac disease allergy to gluten and they went out of their way to explain everything and to know that there’s not a guarantee of no cross-contamination but they told me how they would do it in a way that made me comfortable enough to make the purchase and if I get sick I’ll change this review but if not which I don’t think I will then they deserve every bit of five stars will definitely be back again and again

Haven’t been here in a few months ( use to go every week) and don’t think I’ll be going back. There’s a reason it was empty at noon on a Saturday. Half the portion it use to be and way more expensive now. I got a small sharable, small mac and cheese and a regular salad and it was around 28 bucks i could go to a sit down breakfast place with another person and include drinks for that price. Then, you ask for a tip when u pay with a credit card? No thanks

The woman who took my order seemed bothered in a near empty restaurant. She barked at me twice then never offered my reciept before walking away. She then went straight from working the register to preparing food and operating cooking equipment with no gloves and without cleaning her hands. Mid food prep, she reached in her dirty back jeans pocket to grab her phone and check messages, then went right back to handling everything and preparing food orders. This location was disgusting. Oh and the beverage machine has been spraying syrup on the floor since my last visit. Here’s a photo since she didn’t have her name tag on.

Last time I went here at night, they ran out of cheese sauce. This time, I tried a pulled pork mac and it was disgusting. Long wait times and unhelpful management. Hope didn’t do much to help me. And watch out for the manager with long dark hair, didn’t catch her name but she is always rude and blocks the customer pickup zone with her car. The Denver West location is closed, with how bad the service is here, I wonder when this one will close.
