The crew today is amazing and the food is *chefs kiss*. The team is very upbeat energetic and attentive. I don’t know who took my order and cashed me out but he was very polite and timely. Matt brought my food out and checked in passing that it was good and asked if I needed anything else. Very pleased with my trip in today.

Noodles & Company has become one of my favorite spots for a quick, quality meal. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how consistently fresh and flavorful the food is. Whether it’s a classic dish like the Wisconsin Mac & Cheese or one of their Asian-inspired bowls, the ingredients always taste fresh and perfectly cooked.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which really makes a difference. They take the time to make sure orders are correct and that customers feel taken care of, even during busy lunch or dinner hours. The restaurant is always clean, and the atmosphere feels relaxed — perfect for a quick meal between errands or an easy dinner with friends or family.
I also appreciate the variety on the menu. There’s something for everyone — from lighter options and healthy bowls to comfort food favorites. It’s great knowing I can stop by and always find something that fits my mood or craving.

As good as the food and service is in person, do NOT order delivery from this location. They will fail to include at LEAST one item in every order. I don’t love paying for a dessert that won’t be included 80% of the time.

Noodles & Co. uses to be one of my faves. The location off of O St. has soured my taste for it over the last couple years. But tonight sealed the deal that I will never eat there again.
My husband ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles for me. I was disappointed when he brought it home and I started eating.
The noodles were burnt and had a bad taste like freezer burn. But what grossed me out was the vegetables tasted sour and expired. I ate as much as I could before I had to call it quits (what is pictured).
To the manager’s credit, I called and described the taste of my dish. He was kind and shocked, refunded my order over the phone, and said he would talk to his chefs.
His response is the only positive out of this experience.
FYI, in the past, I’ve ordered Buttered Noodles with added Parmesam Crusted Chicken. The last time, the chicken was undercooked.
The times before that, very little seasoning had been added so the dish tasted like plain noodles.
To summarize, the manager was kind and responsive. The staff who put together the food DO. NOT. CARE.

I had a pick up for 12:45 for my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately the power in half of Lincoln went out the night before. When I showed up they were just getting going I don’t even think the equipment was up and going. and the manager told me he would get it done and they did! the whole staff was so kind and they worked hard to get what they need done. No complaints, no excuses. It was good to see. Well done crew

This is a regular lunch spot for me. Butter noodles with parmesan crusted chicken swapping in Zoodles is my go to!
Staff is always very friendly. I went with another person one day and they messed up his order. And no matter how profusely he said he still loved what they made, they made his correct order, boxed it up for him, and gave him a coupon for a free meal.
Talk about going above and beyond.

Noodles and Company has amazing food, and it was easy to access. I got the Butter Noddles with grilled chicken and it was 10/10! There is also so many other combinations, sauces, and noodles to pick from. It was so good, and I have gotten it multiple times and each time it has been great. I really recommend! There service and costumer service is great, very nice, fast, and quick. So if you need a place to count on Noddles and Company is your place.

I was very disappointed with this Noodles location. The service was good and not the issue. They were friendly and attentive. I ordered my food to go and live 2 minutes away, so when my food needed to be heated when I arrived at home, that was very surprising. In addition, the broccoli was raw and crunchy, not cooked at all. I hope I can find another location and have a better experience there.

I go into the store every time to order my food because of past experiences with ordering online and not getting everything I ordered. The past two times I have added grilled chicken to my dish which is an extra 3.75 and both times not gotten it. It’s really frustrating paying extra for something and not getting it constantly.
