First time coming here. I was very excited to try the place as my sister highly recommended it. I had gotten the Asian noodles with tofu as my protein. When it came to my table it was extremely burnt, as you can see in the picture. I was very confused, as I wasn’t sure if it was the sauce or the “correct” way of preparation. I sampled some bites and eventually I couldn’t eat it because the noodles and the tofu were completely burnt to blackness. I had a replacement dish on the house but it was hard to have an appetite after what happened. Otherwise the establishment was somewhat clean, the manager helped me with what had happened, but the service and food could be a lot better. It was so strange, my sister had gotten her order completely well done with seasonings, yet I had the completely burnt dish.

I’ve always been happy with the food at Noodles and Co. The food is delicious and fairly priced. I LOVE being able to order and pay ahead on the app! What a convenience! I took my daughters there for supper yesterday and there was just a lingering odor to the restaurant, like it needs to be cleaned. I would have given them 5 stars, but I think they need to do a better job keeping up with the overall cleaning.

Food is always good at noodles. Unfortunately the service is not. We have food delivered to our hotel from the Duluth-Miller Trunk Highway location. I specifically stated in the order we needed plastic ware. I did no come with the order. I called the store. At first it took forever to answer the phone. Then a girl says “that’s weird, I’ll get my manager.” She is whispering to someone that she doesn’t know how to put a call on hold. Finally she figures it out. After 5 more minutes holding Matt, the manager, picks up. He almost forgets to apologize for the screw up before he tells me to go traipsing around my hotel in search of my own plastic ware. I hung up. What a waste of my time. And, after I hung up and found a fork in my bag that I didn’t know I had, I realized that they also didn’t put me one of the extra vegetables I asked for in the order also and charged me for it. Guess I don’t need to go back there. Too bad. I actually love their food.

The food is good. I’ve had the penne rosa and the pesto dish. Both are great. Don’t get the shrimp as your protein though, there were only three of them in there. The impossible chicken is a better value.

Honestly, this place isn’t bad, but the food isn’t that great either. It’s consistent but the quality isn’t the highest. The food is cooked well and the service has always been sufficient, but the quality is just slightly above a well made microwaved meal.

Noodles and Company is the best place to eat for quick and affordable pasta dishes and salads and actually taste just as good if not better than the expensive Italian or Mediterranean style restaurants! The staff has also been so friendly and patient every single time I’ve ever been in there! Great job Noodles!!
