I’ve always been happy with the food at Noodles and Co. The food is delicious and fairly priced. I LOVE being able to order and pay ahead on the app! What a convenience! I took my daughters there for supper yesterday and there was just a lingering odor to the restaurant, like it needs to be cleaned. I would have given them 5 stars, but I think they need to do a better job keeping up with the overall cleaning.

We came and ordered 3 meals. Others were served before us. We waited for over 10 min for our food. When we got it, they brought the Adult meals first and said they would bring my daughter’s meal shortly, but wanted to get something out. After 5 min, they still hadn’t brought her meal. I went to ask and they hadn’t started it yet. Again, others were served before my daughter (8) was served. Finally when her buttered noodles were done, we could all eat. Our meals were cold. Just not sure why they thought bringing an adult would suffice and not the child meal as well as why others were served before us. And after all of it, no apologies.

I am in town for work and needed a quick bite after a long drive. I ordered it on Uber Eats, which can struggle in freshness sometimes but this was still very hot and fresh.
The food felt very much like a fast food pasta that you would expect. The meatballs are fine? Could be better with a little more spice to them. The spaghetti actually was cooked well, and the sauce was tasty.
The portion is not bad, it’ll fill you up but for about $20 with tax the price is slightly high.
Overall, my first experience wasn’t bad at all. Due to the cost not sure I’d eat again back home, but it filled my appetite for what I needed and it tasted pretty good for being “fast food.”

I got the spicy Korean noodles with steak even though I wanted the Chipotle chicken cavatapi (which looks so good!) Because I’m getting over a cold. It wasn’t too spicy, but it was enough to really clear a gal up. My son got the Mac and cheese and was ecstatic that he could get a rice crispy treat. Arili was a total sweetheart and helped me decide on the dishes we got.
We even got a free rice crispy for submitting the survey!

First time coming here. I was very excited to try the place as my sister highly recommended it. I had gotten the Asian noodles with tofu as my protein. When it came to my table it was extremely burnt, as you can see in the picture. I was very confused, as I wasn’t sure if it was the sauce or the “correct” way of preparation. I sampled some bites and eventually I couldn’t eat it because the noodles and the tofu were completely burnt to blackness. I had a replacement dish on the house but it was hard to have an appetite after what happened. Otherwise the establishment was somewhat clean, the manager helped me with what had happened, but the service and food could be a lot better. It was so strange, my sister had gotten her order completely well done with seasonings, yet I had the completely burnt dish.

Was is town over the weekend of Feb 8th- door dashed chicken Noodle Soup that I was HIGHLY disappointed with. There was absolutely no broth or veggies.
It was literally a dried out handful of chicken & 2 different types of noodles. I honestly thought I was being pranked and still haven’t received my refund. Unacceptable.

Despite being staffed with a small skeleton crew, the team at Noodles & Company was working hard and staying impressively organized. They were juggling a steady stream of online and in-house orders, yet they remained focused and efficient.
I chose this spot specifically for their gluten-free options, and I wasn’t disappointed—the food was fresh and delicious. Even with the Dinner rush, I didn’t have to wait long for my order.
The only downside was the cleanliness of the dining area. Two stars for atmoshohere due to tables needed wiping, the floors could’ve used a sweep, and the beverage station needed a restock. That said, with only three employees handling everything, it’s understandable. They were clearly doing their best under pressure.
All in all, a solid experience with great food and commendable effort from the team. I’d come back again.

Noodles and Company is the best place to eat for quick and affordable pasta dishes and salads and actually taste just as good if not better than the expensive Italian or Mediterranean style restaurants! The staff has also been so friendly and patient every single time I’ve ever been in there! Great job Noodles!!
